Not bad in person, but they absolutely do not care about to-go orders. This is the third time I’ve ordered taco’s to go after dining in and received taco shells with just a tiny pinch of meat. They know you’re not going to drive back and complain.

We stopped in for lunch a couple weeks ago. It wasn’t crowded, but service was a bit slow from the kitchen. My order was incorrect so I had to take my tortilla soup to go. It was absolutely delicious and so were my shrimp tacos. Our food was hot and fresh, it just took way too long for a lunch service. Would I go back? Probably so, just not on a schedule.

We frequent this location often. Food quality and service is easily 5 stars. But I wanted to hop on here and just acknowledge Tristen today. He was such a polite young man. Greeted us immediately, brought us right to our table, told us our servers name and wished us a nice visit. Great face to have at the front door to set the stage for a great restaurant experience

Tonight we were served by Christian and his service was excellent! It truly makes a difference when you have a server who cares and I can tell he was doing his best to make sure we had the best experience possible. I also noticed how much of a help he was to his coworkers and other tables. Your effort doesn’t go unnoticed Christian! Great job! The food and drinks were also excellent tonight. I have yet to have a Paloma as good as the one served here.

Karamie (I hope I spelled that right) was our waitress tonight and was absolutely fabulous! She made us feel so welcome and was on top of things the entire time! Thank you for the amazing service once again Chuys!

We had not been to this location yet, but our server was amazing. Staff was so nice and helpful. Food was good. Great experience over all!
I did give atmosphere 3 stars because of the bathrooms. One of the stalls is nearly unusable (of only 2 stalls) and then bathroom was dirty and sticky. It was pretty early in the day… So it seemed like it not been cleaned in a few days. Otherwise great experience!!

13.00 for burrito with a teaspoon full of cheese sprinkled on it add dry chicken breast inside of it was a little excessive. Other than the price versus what I got issue, it was a good experience. The atmosphere is okay. Kind of a Denny’s meats Mexican food but all in all it was comfortable. My server was fast efficient accurate and friendly the food came in a decent amount of time. This is definitely Tex-Mex and I’m more of a Sonora style but I liked it. For me the hit was there Mexican rice I really enjoyed that stuff. It was so good I was scared it had MSG in it but it did not my body says. The only other problem was combinations were not available. You can get tacos for over $12 you could get burritos for over $12 and you could get enchiladas for over $12 but I did not see on the menu where you can combine them without paying a fortune. If I was stuck somewhere and this was the only place left to eat, I could eat there again. I prefer little mom-and-pop Mexican restaurants to corporate Mexican restaurants and price is a big part of that. Try it yourself it was worth a try.

Update 1/16/25- stopped in today for my appetizer sampler and it was great again. Jacob was there to make sure i got the house salsa. He awesome. And my server David was amazing today making sure our table had everything we needed, he was patient, friendly, and took the orders without writing them down, Aaaand kept the glasses full. It was a great visit.

Update: Ate here last night, and Jacob was amazing!!!! From the drinks to making sure our orders were correct. The house salsa is delightful. Will be back and sitting at the bar. This time I had the appetizer plate. You should try it if you want a lil of everything.

1st time here. And the food and service was good. Busy during lunchtime but quick service. Will be back.

I didn’t know what to expect when I walk into this place. I love the images all around. The food was top notch amazing. Our server’s name was Ellie. She was amazing and quick. Please ask her her her by name if you ever go here. She deserves a raze and all the tips. Her the bartender and the cook. The only three I see that seem to be paying attention to what they’re doing and loving their job. I highly recommend this place if you love mexican food.

I come from about 2 hours away and I always want Chuy’s. We didn’t get salsa, creamy jalapeno or drinks for about 8 minutes. Then we ordered appetizers they came in another 12 minutes. The food was warm. The others had hot food. They didn’t remember our tortillas and butter. They didn’t have Shiner Boch. Then to go they didn’t bring to go cups. I’m easy but I have a list since I come from out of town. Not satisfied today.
