The dining room is *VERY COLD*. People were leaving with their food. Some customers were eating with their gloves on and talking about how they were not going back because of how very cold it was in there. It was warmer outside than it was in that dining room. They need to TURN ON THE HEAT. Management needs to stop trying to save a buck by keeping the heat off. It’s been like that the last few times we have been there. We’re not going back until this changes.

Food is good, served hot and fresh if eating inside. Extremely slow service though with only one person at the counter taking orders plus filling them himself. Get this dude a helper or 2!
Very cold inside the restaurant, my fingers, hands, face, and nose were all cool to the touch. Not a good way to keep people coming back.

I would honestly give a zero. Except the only thing I enjoyed was my Cherry Dr Pepper, which was an actual surprise. I have never been kicked out of a Wendy’s before in my life until today because the shift lead, I’m assuming, became overwhelmed and claimed he didn’t have the staff to keep the lobby opened and gave us our food in a to go bag when we had planned to sit and eat before going out to trick or treat. We asked for bbq sauce, got honey mustard, my husband orders a chicken sandwiches but got a triple bacon cheese burger, asked for hot chili sauce but was given sweet chili sauce. Probably will never be coming back to this location again which is said because we don’t go to the east side location

Worst place to eat manager J is very rude. We went through the drive-through was told to wait so we waited 10 minutes then he finally came on took our order after everything that we ordered is that it are you done? Pulled up to the window to pay and I asked What did we order because he had us forget after asking every single time we placed the order if we was done. Instantly gave us attitude, when he went to give us the drinks and a carrier, I informed him I had a surgery and he looked at me as if I was inconveniencing him because I could not take it through the drive-through that way I had to take them one by one. I attempted to call the manager on duty. He answered, didn’t know what store number he was didn’t know who his superior was just a very awful experience.

It’s Wendy’s, but they’ve had consistently good salads and their customer service is pretty good. Customer service will obviously be variable, but I visited with my daughter in a Halloween costume, and they made a customized Frosty to match her outfit!

I went to Wendy’s and honestly, it was like stepping into a bizarre alternate reality. The employees were so bad, it felt like they were auditioning for a prank show. One guy was juggling burgers behind the counter instead of making them, while another was napping in the corner with a headset on like he was still taking orders. My order took 45 minutes—when it finally showed up, the burger was upside down, the lettuce was replaced with what looked like old newspaper, and the soda was just plain water. Then, the cashier blamed me for “ruining their vibe” when I asked for a refund. It was so unbelievably terrible, I half expected a hidden camera to pop out and say “Gotcha!”

I went thru at 830pm tonight. I ordered bacator fries. I got very little cheese and no bacon. Not happy when I know there should be more cheese and bacon it on.

Waited 15 minutes for someone else to get there food then we got pulled then had to wait 10 more minutes, while 2 vehicles got their food who was behind me. Just ordered chicken tenders and fries. The people behind us had more then 1 bag of food.They need to figure there stuff out.

This restaurant can’t get an order right to save their lives. Cold food. Missing items and poor quality . Absolutely terrible don’t waste your money here.
