Food was HORRIBLE, Applebee’s have CHANGED recipes and the food have NO TASTEi had to send ALMOST all of my food back. I tried to eat my food as an ADULT but I couldn’t force it. My steak smelt like blood,the cheese taste like water, 4cheese macaroni and cheese didn’t have ANY taste! My kids gotten the 4cheese pasta and they said the chicken strips were too hard and the pasta taste like it’s been sitting in water all day! Management had problems with me send our food back and told me “I can’t pick and choose what I wanna pay for!”

We placed our order at 4:45. $6.00 Happy hour was from 3:00 until 5:00. I ordered a sangria which was $6.00 happy hour price. I was charged $8.99. When I questioned the waitress, she became upset and said I should have told her that it was happy hour and that I should have told her when I ordered it that it was happy hour price because she put the order in the computer at 5:40 when we were done. I finally “jokingly” said I will just take it out of your tip.She left our table while we were getting our money together to pay (there were 4 of us). A manager appeared to say he had heard about or overheard the conversation. He apologized and said he would correct our ticket. He leaves and the waitress (Becca) comes to get our payment. We told her that the manager had corrected our bill and she had it crumbled up in her hand and said she never knew why he had given her another ticket. I assume she was going to charge us the first ticket and ring up the second one as she was unaware that we had spoken to the manager. The food was great. The manager was very polite and accommodating. If you go there and get Becca as your waitress be mindful of your charges.

Very bad service. The waiter never came to ask if we needed anything else. The food was very cold. I ordered a steak that was very cold and had no flavor. They still included a 25 percent tip. I don’t think I even deserved it. I always go with my children who like the food, but this time it was a disappointment. I won’t be back.

Nachos ingredients were separated for takeout. That was great. The ground beef was very cold and shredded cheese was cold right out of the bag. The melted cheese in the bowl was barely warm.

The tagline used to be, “Your favorite Neighborhood Place”, well it wasn’t my neighborhood and the locals stared at me enough to make sure I knew that. The food was ok, service wasn’t the best and I drove specifically to this location as this chain is closing stores, it was the closer to me. I won’t go to this location again, perhaps you’ll have better luck.

My meal was a steak with potatoes and green beans. The steak was good, the bean decent, but too much potatoes. My husband got the new Mac n Cheese with the honey pepper chicken and that was awful. It was soupy from the honey pepper sauce and there wasn’t nothing that made the pasta like Mac n cheese. Very strange. But then when we mentioned it to our server, she responded by saying “oh. Would you like another plate so you can separate the pasta from the sauce?” Uh… what? We said no thank you. Then another person- a manager may e? Came out and said that the plate was made wrong and would we like it replaced. The meal was over half over so we decline and she comped the bill. This whole experience just further emphasizes why we don’t go to Applebee’s often. The food is ok at best and the service is often mediocre. Just not worth spending the money.

Food was nasty!! I didn’t feel comfortable because they kept watching our every move like we were going to steal something or walk out without paying!! I never want to come back they lost a good customer and I tipped it very good!! I am one of those people that goes in a restaurant and write the food without people knowing and I definitely don’t want to go back to this place think twice before going here.

DON’T EAT HERE. NOT UP TO APPLEBEE’S STANDARDS
Chicken Tenders came out rubbery.
There was six of them but two the size of my pinky. I am the least picky person I know. I told waitress they were bad. She said she will have them redone. She came back with three small pieces.
I asked why i got three tiny pieces to replace my platter. The manager came out and seemed to have attitude about it. He asked did I want more than he would but Need Five more minutes to cook cook. By then I had it and my wife was already done. I said no I just want to leave.
Did not eat single messed up Tender and they still charged me.
