Ever since winning the hand of my lovely Filipino bride in 2018, it has been on my bucket list to try this Jollibee chicken that she speaks so highly of from the Philippines. This past week, we had to go to the Philippine Consulate General’s Office in Houston Texas and, this gave us an opportunity to visit the Jollibee restaurant located there as well. We tried both the original and spicy chicken. The spicy chicken was just a little too spicy to be able to enjoy the flavor of the chicken. Bear in mind, I love spicy food but in my opinion, this was just a little too spicy. The original recipe was absolutely off the chain! Crispy on the outside, super juicy on the inside and flavorful throughout the entire chicken leg or thigh. I had the pineapple quencher to drink, which was delicious as well but nothing to write home about. I tried the spaghetti and, I was not impressed. I guess this spaghetti just does not match my pallet. Rosalie absolutely loves it! We left out of there with about $170 worth of to go food. Rosalie has a bunch of Filipino friends that had put in their Jollibee orders and told us not to return to Mississippi without them! Service was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very attentive to making sure our order was put together correctly and were always smiling and pleasant to do business with. If we find ourselves back in Houston in the future, we will definitely be stopping there again! If you have not tried Jollibees yet and you get the chance, be sure to give them a go!

Just get fried chicken & mac and cheese. The gravy tastes like KFC gravy. I do not recommend the gravy nor the spaghetti. The biscut is soft yet dry. Its a good biscuit if you eat it with the meat or have jelly. The pie was not good, peach & mango. The pineapple quenched was loved buy my homegirl. I was not impressed. They have Pepsi products. Who in their right mind puts cut up hotdogs in spaghetti?

The chicken was perfect juicy inside, crispy outside, and flavorful throughout.
Hamburger was a perfect smash burger. They have three variations – first is basic pickles and onions, next has lettuce and tomato added; top tier has all of the previous and pineapple.
Spaghetti/sauce was too sweet for me. Other noodles were different and good.
That said, the experience could be improved.
1. The wait on a Sunday at lunch was more than 20 minutes, which felt longer than necessary, especially given the number of empty tables available inside – and outside.
2. The bottleneck is at the service counter, where there is only one cashier.
3. They also seemed a little slammed dropping food in fryers/heating things up.
4. No one was cleaning tables/seats. I had to clean my own.
5. Only one entrance – the entrance by drive-thru was an exit only.
Only Pepsi product soft drinks.
Otherwise, fun drinks – including boba – available.
This a great alternative to the regular chicken places with an Asian fusion flair.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent drive-thru experience at your Jollibee Westheimer location.
I placed two separate drive-thru orders, and it took at least 15 minutes to fulfill them. The staff appeared to have difficulty understanding my order even though I showed pictures of the items directly from my phone to make things clearer. Despite this, there were still issues with the order.
When I received my food, the fries were already cold and soggy. I ate them immediately after leaving the drive-thru because I was very hungry and did not have the chance to return and complain at that moment. Additionally, the chicken I received was noticeably the smallest portion I have ever had in all my experiences with Jollibee.
What made the situation more disappointing was the behavior of the drive-thru staff. When I asked questions, the staff member responded with sarcastic facial expressions and did not offer any apology despite the delays and mistakes. This came across as rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience. I frequently encounter problems with this location, even when ordering through DoorDash—items are often missing or the wrong order is prepared.
I have always enjoyed Jollibee, which is why I continue to give this location chances, but this experience was especially frustrating. I hope management can address these concerns and remind staff of the importance of accuracy, courtesy, and kindness toward customers.

I don’t normally rate fast-food places, but Jollibee is rare and this one deserves praise. Out of all the stores in the city this one is clean, well maintained, and consistently good. Give the staff here a raise, they put in the work! The chicken is fantastic and the spaghetti is always perfect!

This is my second time coming to Jollibee. It was supposed to be a redemption round after a disappointing first-time visit for lackluster fried chicken. This time I went for a workday lunch a picked up a chicken sandwich. I wanted to try a burger but they weren’t available.
I’ll say this much…the food is edible. The fries were fresh and had an okay flavor but no salt. Nothing to write home about. The chicken sandwich actually had really good flavor and would have received high marks if it didn’t feel like I was eating display food. The patty is small (compared to other restaurants), the bread was shockingly stiff and chewy, and the lettuce and tomato were soggy.
If this were a $6-7 meal deal it would have been a 4 star but for $11.49 I can easily get a better chicken sandwich meal elsewhere. All in all the next time me or my family want fast food, Jollibee will not be included in the lineup. It’s simply not worth it.

The place looks nice and clean on the outside and inside. The wait time wasn’t half bad. I would say the service could have been a little better. Maybe it was a long day for the person who took care of me but it felt kinda dry. The food wae pretty good the few times I’ve been.

This Jollibee on Westheimer is always clean, fast, and reliable. The food comes out fresh, the service is quick, and the staff truly live up to the name. They are always friendly and jolly, which makes every visit a great experience. Shoutout to April for taking my order today and to the whole team for working so diligently during this winter weekend freeze on 1/25/26. Definitely one of the better locations around.
