i’ve been coming here for 12 years. this place has changed a ton in quality. there’s more cheese on this sandwhich then meat or egg…the bagels taste funny anymore. everytime i go the prices are different (ordering the same items).

I came across Muheisens Bagel store on my drive home from the Poconos and I was pleasantly surprised with how good the bagels were. We ordered a toasted cinnamon bagel with cream cheese which was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The cream cheese was almost melted throughout the bagel. We also ordered a bagel with egg and cheese and it did not disappoint. The ambiance was very cozy inside. 5 stars for great, warm bagels that hit the spot on a cold winter morning, great staff and great environment. Would definitely come again.

What an awesome place! We are from out of state and definitely wanted to get a bagel, didn’t know where to go but this place is it!! Straight up the best bagel shop in the area. I grew up in Hudson county and moved out here thinking I would never find a decent spot but I was so wrong. The bagels are THICC and perfectly cooked. They always have a great selection and even make their own bagels chips. I love a place that reduces, reuses, and recycles. Sometimes they get my partners order wrong but they always fix it without making a stink. Staff is always friendly and greets us with a smile. I’ve been to just about every bagel spot in the area and this place is definitely #1 with their bagels being the closest thing I could find to Hudson county bagels. You guys are the best!

I stopped going here a while ago because the quality went down hill and they became very skimpy with the amount of meat or whatever you ordered on your sandwiches. Ordered today and got a pork roll and cheese on a bagel and an Italian sub on a bagel. There were two slices of pork roll. And then the Italian had not even one slice of ham, and one slice of what I believe was capicola. Absolutely ridiculous. Cheapskates.

Great local bagel place and their sandwiches are all amazing! Fast service and never-ending fresh bagels. I have been coming here regularly since they opened almost 17 years ago and never have been disappointed. Their veggie cream cheese is the best I have ever had.

What the heck Muheisen’s. Idk why we keep coming back. Orders are NEVER right and we are ALWAYS missing something or several things. It was not a busy time that we ordered either. And the amount of cream cheese that was put on the kids BURNT bagels was gross. Used to rave about this place. It’s gone downhill big time
