I see a lot of negativity posted on here but as a customer I don’t see why. I couldn’t resist the urge to scrub my sugar fixation with a Raspberry Cheesecake donut as well as a Golden Oreo and they were both not only elegantly displayed but properly made and incredibly sugary but still delicious. I found it a little unusual that the cashier allowed me to completely finish both the donuts I purchased as well as the hot one she presented upon my entry, fresh off the conveyor, before using the register to ring me up and allow payment. The store was clean I enjoyed the freshness.

Of course, the donuts are good, especially the glazed when they are fresh. The coffee is good too, at least the frozen caramel latte which I frequently get.
The service here is quite good too. Today, even though it was busy they brought my drink to the table because it was going to take a few minutes.
Always fun to watch them make the donuts. My kid loves to wear the hats they have sitting on the tables.
The rewards program is good and they often have offers in addition to points that can be accrued and redeemed.
This Krispy Kreme must deliver a lot of donuts in the area given the number of delivery vans they have (see video).

Stopped here while passing through the state/area on a road trip for the holiday. Sherry and Emily were working and were the kindest, most helpful and attentive employees we’ve ever met at a restaurant. Ms. Sherry was so above and beyond that it prompted us to leave this review. It may seem like a simple donut and cup of coffee- but the people made it the experience it was. Very happy with our visit and our kids loved seeing the donuts being made on site and the warm treat of a fresh donut off the conveyor. Thanks for making our morning so great!

Harry Potter doughnuts were a hit! We also had the pumpkin spice doughnut too. Very good and honestly my favorite. It was like an old fashioned doughnut with pumpkin spice flavor. I ordered online and it was slick.

The staff member that assisted me is a sweetheart! He’s a young man that’s polite which is RARE nowadays. I ordered donut holes for friends and neighbors as a little Christmas gift. The $5.00 promo for the donuts holes worked out great during this time of year! I’ll definitely be back due to the convenience and the discounts.

Went there with my wife today had the best service and the donuts were so hot and fresh. Everything was going good until I asked for a water. And they handed me a Dasani I had too wash those good fresh donuts down with the worst water known to man. Nonetheless everything else was great!

I like em because their stock is cheap and might make me some money. Donuts are good, but $20 for a dozen basic glazed donuts? Com’on man, inflation bad, but is it that bad?
Spent $33 for 2 dozen, fortunately it was $9.99 for the 2nd dozen. Imo way too overpriced for some donuts. I’d rather go get an ice cream for $5 somewhere else.
Staff was nice and friendly with helping me gather an assortment of 12 random donuts in my 2nd dozen.
TBH, their hats looked better than the donuts did and I’ve never had anything bad to say about the taste of the donuts

We went on New Year’s Day and it was a bit crowded. The staff was very friendly but there was not enough of them working. The donuts were delicious as always but $17 for a half dozen is a bit steep to make this more than a rare treat for my family.

Big fan of Krispy Kreme but the donuts I picked up 10 minutes ago are not fresh. When they’re fresh the glaze is white and they’re so soft and delicious, not these. Cold and dry. They weren’t fresh the last time I went either. Disappointing since they’re $20 for a dozen, won’t be going back.
