I like Taco Bell. But we just moved up this way about a month ago and so far we keep being disappointed with our orders at this location. This particular order as you can see in the photos.. the lux box looks great ! Definitely worth the money. But the jalapeño steak fries were not. I paid $5 plus tax for the fries. And there’s not enough for what a paid for. I won’t order these again. But I also want to talk about the staff. They are fast at getting orders out, but be careful because they will forget several items. Make sure to check your bags before driving off. They forgot my 3 drinks with this order and I had to ask them for my drinks. Also sauce. But I feel like all locations forget the sauce.

I did not have a good experience at this location. I waited about 15 minutes for our food and once it was received we were missing an item and one item had tomatoes when we specified none. It took almost 30 minutes for everything to be fixed and new customers were served before us. We received to reimbursement afterwards when others did.

Very poor service. Put an order in on app, said it would be ready by 6:11PM. I get there at 6:13PM and proceed to wait another 12 minutes before I received my food, while the app said my food was loaded. All the food is cold because they made the food, and took an extra ten minutes to get drinks for us. No hair or beard nets being worn. So thanks, no thanks. Won’t be back to Taco Bell anymore. Always disgusted or disappointed. Get better management and employees.

went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 CANTINA chicken quesadillas boxes (comes with the quesadilla, taco, guacamole, and spicy avocado sauce), i asked for extra guac for both, 2 nacho fries, and 4 large baja blasts. the person taking the drive thru was very rude, and tried to correct me saying i asked for 1 baja blast when i asked for 4. we get our food and it’s not at all what i asked for. i got 2 regular bland as chicken quesadillas and only 1 extra guac. this is seriously the worst customer service ive ever had and experienced. never coming here again.

This place is horrible it’ll be the last time I go here. I go into the line where they make it to where you can’t get out once your in it mind you.. I wait for a long time to place my order. Then as I get up there they say they are only taking exact change . Which I had no cash on me! So I had to wait for the dummy’s to get the person’s order done in front of me before I could even leave the drive thru ! Like out a sign up or tell people something before they get in the line damn ! And then other times Ive went there they always get my order wrong forget my silverware or sauce, something . Don’t waste ur money here.

First off, the outside lights were not even lit, looked as if it was closed.Then we go in took 10 minutes just to order food,when everyone else was just waiting for food. 25 minutes later our food was done, no sorry for your wait or anything. These photos are the tacos I ordered,thought maybe waiting 25 mins would get me at least a fresh non cracked taco? All 6 of our tacos were like this.

Whatever manager or shift lead was working the night of 2/5/26 should be fired. She talks to her employees horribly. She chewed out a young lady loudly enough for the entire lobby to hear. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
