Food is delicious, and customer service is much better than KFC
But I would recommend everybody to NOT buy their sauces though.. 0.99 cents for a sauce is CRAZY…but online its 0.75 cents. I thought It was free but I was wrong. I didn’t see any price tags for the sauces on the menu

I’ve lived in this area for over 10 years and this Popeyes has gone through MANY changes. It went from not even be able to walk in because previous managers locked every door at 4 pm to the most gracious and loveable crew being there. There’s a- and I’m sorry I don’t know her name- a short Hispanic lady who usually runs registers, Shes amazing. She’s polite and considerate about how much time food takes to cook, she welcomed me with nothing but smiles and she has continued to do so since I first started seeing her work there. The crew is amazing, I can see how hard they work behind the glass. Everything deserves 5 stars because this Popeyes has turned AROUND. I wanna thank all of you for being amazing, screw any higher ups cause you know they don’t help but the crew there is AMAZING

I am chaperoning a middle school tournament and had kids that had to pay separately, the lobby was closed and they refused to make two separate orders in drive through. I will never go back to this location. Came here earlier with other kids and the food was ok.

Got my order wrong a more expensive order “all chicken breast” I got mixed chicken which is quite a bit cheaper. Never refunded me the difference even closed my complaint doing nothing basically stole my money. Mostly likely doing a charge back

One of the most disgusting things is to find hair that cooked into your food and then you call and they act like they don’t believe you so you have to get in your car and drive all the way back up to Popeyes because somebody cooked hair in your food. What a disgusting place aren’t they supposed to be wearing hairnets won’t go to this place no more if the managers is seeing this, please reach out to me for a full refund
