I got the fish sandwich and was definitely worth the wait. I only waited because it’s not an item that is often ordered, which is a shame because it so good! You get a full slice of cheese, compared to McDonald’s and their stupid half slice. The staff is very attentive, polite and make sure you don’t miss any items.

OK !! I know this is Cali …but,, I am here by the door dining at Wendy’s 3 folks walk in holding a Long haired “lap” dog past My table as the wind happens to blow ..I’m not sure who’s hair ..but it blew onto My food.
I spoke to the Supervisor Grace .Told her food was great until the DOG HAIRS LANDED ON MY DINNER.
She was very polite and said She wasn’t aware..(these folks sat by the back exit…I THREW AWAY MY FOOD and left

Sure animals have rights BUT so does a customer who wants to enjoy a meal after work without having to cover his food from contamina to that could make them sick..
THEN after speaking to the Supervisor as I left… I observed them feeding the dog on THE TABLE !!!! WOW !!!

The employee’s attitude was off-putting and made me feel unwelcome – not a great experience! The employee gave me the wrong sauce. I wanted BBQ, not ranch, and was only provided with one sauce.

Fish sandwich was horrible, overcooked. I love the ice very soft and crunchy… I will not try the fish again. Nice fast food place very nice inside. The ice is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ lol love the ice here the location is always clean restrooms etc.. staff is nice as well

Really love Weny’s Always come for the Baconator just take one star off because I wish they can open up more Wendy’s in Long Beach in general sometimes it a pain going all the way over here.

Normally I dont give reviews, however, I have tried multiple locations and have been let down. I remember Wendys being very good a few years back. Since then, the quality of their fries has gone down. They also advertied new swirl frosties however the mix is all at the bottom and impossible to blend together making it unenjoyable. The receipt showed BBQ sauce but they gave me two sauces I didnt ask for and no BBQ sauce. Hopefully they improve their quality.
