I came here after an appointment in the area to read and enjoy some breakfast. I always love an eggs Benedict which they had a couple choices to choose from. I got the shredded beef Eggs Benny, with potatoes, and English breakfast tea. (They have Cholula which is one of my favorite hot sauces for morning meals.)
My waitresses were speedy, punctual and so friendly. It was a bit crowded, but only waited 5 minutes for my table. (Even going alone I got a whole booth to myself)
Enjoyed casually ease dropping on the tables next to me, and wasn’t interrupted while reading a novel. It’s a stimulating atmosphere, I find most corporate breakfast chains are. It’s definitely worth a stop in, if you’re in the area. 🙂

Our server Lamar was great and very nice. He did a great job! The food took a while, which was weird because it wasn’t even crowded . But I guest it was being made with love. When the food finally came, we ate and the enjoyed.

Visited with my wife and two 9 year granddaughters, both adults and a kid got their food after a 30 minute wait. Our other granddaughter’s food arrived after another 15 minute wait. First time I’ve ever experienced this, one person’s food coming much later and then it was done to a kid. Yes, we shared off our plates to not let her be miserable.
Got two different omelets, both were in a sea of grease. Both omelets had other offputting issues.
One kid got a pancake dish and the other got a crepe dish, both seemed to enjoy their dishes.
It was awkward as we arrived, we entered and stood and waited to be seated, and waited.. employees came to the entry station and just left, not saying a thing to us or the people waiting behind us. After 10 minutes or so we were acknowledged and subsequently seated.

I ordered curbside pickup. I tried to call three times before placing the order to ask a question, but no one answered, so I placed the order anyway. When I arrived, I had to call twice before a man answered the phone, only to be told, “You’ll have to come inside to get it.” I was irritated but didn’t have time to argue, so I went in. I asked the server who retrieved my order why I had to come in. She said, “We’re short-staffed and we only have female servers and it’s dark out.” Excuse me? A man answered the phone, the curbside pickup is right at the front door, and there were people in the restaurant and parking lot. Fortunately the food was very good, as usual. What’s sad is I really like this particular IHOP and have eaten/ordered from there many, many times, but as a person with a walking/standing disability, this was unacceptable.

Customer service is very terrible. Need to train wait staff in being friendly and attentive to the customer. Need to pay attention to the food before bringing it to the table. It took the waitress 10 mins to greet us and get drink orders. order fries as an appetizer, it came out after our meals. Had to keep reminding the waitress about my stack of pancakes that I still never got, the only good thing was the bacon & fluffy toast. The floor under the table before we sat down was very dirty. I was very disappointed with this visit I am usually satisfied with IHOP but today was a disappointment. Please train your staff better

Awful awful awful!!!!! Waited an hour after we ordered for our food. Waitress didn’t even offer her name so I can’t call her out for being less than attentive! Seated next to a table of a VERY rude family who would not keep their children contained!!!

3/7/2026: We went here again. This is a new experience from my prior post.
Upon arrival we had to wait 12-13 minutes for a table even though the place was 2/3 empty . Our waitress was cordial but slooooow. We didn’t get napkins and utensils for a while.
She brought someone else’s omelet. Then she forgot the sugar free syrup, and the butter for the pancakes, and no jelly for the toast..
The omelets were good. The Missus had just a cheese one with buttered sour dough toast, and I had a spinach and mushroom omelet that was very good. The portions are good. The coffee was tasty and you get a small carafe. Not much else to say other than the cost is not excessive. Some retraining can cure the service issue. Quick access from Rt 119 and even Rt64.(No pictures from this visit)

We went to this IHOP on National Pancake Day where they were advertising a free short stack.We were approached by a female employee (I think a manager) who was taking donations for a food bank. This employee told us we had to donate $10.00 to get the free short stack of pancakes. We had already ordered and I told her we get free pancakes today anyway and she said no you have to donate $10.00 to get them.
When our server returned to table I asked him and he said no that’s not right that we get the free pancakes no matter what.
