Not even worthy of a star…
Completely disgusting in there – where is the heath department? The soda machine is caked with filth, dining area gross, the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in weeks…
If this is how the common areas look, I can only imagine what the kitchen here is like. Absolutely disgusting. Close.

If you come here expect to wait at least 20 minutes even if you’re the only car in line. The staff here clearly do not care. They’re consistently rude and work embarrassingly slow. It is filthy everywhere, inside and out. They’re constantly out of menu items and don’t say anything until after you paid for it, nor will they make it easy to get a refund. Easily worst wendy’s I’ve been to.

Unfortunately, this location has gone downhill. The issues start before you even walk in—trash cans outside are overflowing. Inside, the floor is slippery and dirty, and I had to clean my own table just to sit down.
The condiment and utensil station was completely empty—no straws, no lids, and no utensils. The soda machine is often out of order or empty, so even getting a drink is frustrating. Tables and chairs are wobbly, and when walking past the food prep area, I noticed trash on the floor, puddles of liquid, and dirty counters where food is being prepared.
Overall, the restaurant feels unclean and poorly maintained. Because of this, I don’t feel confident that the food is being handled properly. Sadly, I will not be returning until there is a major improvement in cleanliness and upkeep.

I’m not sure why I stopped at this Wendy’s. I regret it every time I do. If I could give zero I would. I ordered lunch through the drive thru today 2.06.26 and they gave me the wrong sauces, no drink with the kids meal (I ordered milk), dry chicken, cold fries and the wrong medium drinks. I was up charged for the strawberry lemonade’s for them to hand me the machine crap. They told me that they were out. So why didn’t they override the AI voice taking the order to tell me that. They could have told us. I’m so sick and tired of Sturbridge Wendy’s messing up alllll the time for $30+ of food. Make it right and do better.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like people need to be aware of this. I went to this Wendy’s during a busy time, and even though they were clearly in a rush, the wait was almost an hour just to get through the drive-thru. I could understand the delay if the food came out fresh but it was the complete opposite. The burger tasted old and off, almost like the meat had been sitting out too long. It had a sour, unpleasant flavor, and the bun was soggy and falling apart. The fries were just as bad, cold, stale, and tasted like they’d been re-fried multiple times. After waiting that long, getting food that tasted this poor was honestly shocking. What’s even more concerning is that it made me question how the kitchen is being managed during busy times. Rushing is one thing, but food safety and basic quality control should still matter. I’m sharing this so other customers know to be cautious. If you do choose to go, check your order before driving off. And to management please take this seriously. Long wait times are one thing, but serving food that tastes spoiled is unacceptable.

Drive thru should be faster then 30 min. AI drive thru broke down and everyone working was working at one speed, slow. I ordered a caramel coffee and I think there was more caramel on the outside of the cup then the inside. By the time I got to where I was staying all the food was cold.

This place absolutely SUCKS. I just waited 20 minutes in the drive through, paid cash, got the completely wrong order – went to go inside to fix and the door was locked. Tried calling three times – no answer. 10 cars in the drive through waiting … waste of time and honestly their food SUCKS ANYWAY.

Dined in for lunch. Not a well managed location. Very dirty inside, tables were filthy and garbage all over the floor. One working machine which had spillage everywhere. Bathrooms disgusting with over flowing trash and filthy floors. No sauce, condiments or napkins. Absolutely freezing, must have been 50 degrees inside.

Normally I give all fast food chains three stars unless there’s some thing that is spectacular. This was the opposite. This Wendy’s is in poor shape. This one needs to invest significantly into the dining room area. There are Holes in the seats, tape on other seats. The TV and the fireplace don’t work. Letters on the wall are peeled off. One of the Coke machines doesn’t work. One table/bench is broke. Trash is on the floor. Generally the restaurant is very dirty. Dave has already rolled over in his grave. The food was what you expect and the service was friendly. I would recommend the employees hats and visors get washed at least once per month. They are quite dirty. The bathrooms are dirty and smelly too, with no paper towels. They need to increase the cleaning schedule and quality.

Worst ran Wendy’s, and it’s only gotten worse over the years.. I really wish I had better things to say about this place but I don’t. I really enjoy Wendy’s food, but the AI order placing and the lack of decent service really takes its toll on you. I avoid going to this Wendy’s, which is a shame. Maybe if they had better management or more consistent workers then it’d be a better Wendy’s to go to .
