We made a lunch reservation via WhatsApp, which I highly recommend as the restaurant was quite full even during the slow season. Once seated, we ordered the seafood rice — very tasty, though it became a bit salty toward the end — and the carbonara with truffle, which had a strong cheese flavor but was overall enjoyable. We also noticed that the millefoglie had great reviews, so we tried it for dessert – which met our high expectation.

Service was okay, and since we were in a hurry to get to our next destination, we only stayed for about an hour. Overall, a pleasant stop for a good meal.

This is the best restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. First of all, the chef welcomes you to the restaurant, and runs the place with a high hand. Explains the dishes and the ingredients. Each dish was more delicious than the other, even the popular dishes get the chef’s twist and upgrade – and the dishes become even more special. I’m just waiting for the opportunity to come back here.
Please don’t skip the desserts.

We were visiting the area and it started to rain. We were getting hungry, so we decided to stop off at this place – I’m glad we did. The place was so cozy and welcoming. The food is delicious. We ordered the burrata on toast (with truffle and mushrooms) and a salami pizza, with some wine and sparkling water. This place is small but really comfortable.

My wife and I had an amazing time enjoying some great food at this fantastic restaurant.

Love that this is authentic Italian food.
Spent sometime in Italy over the summer and honestly, on par with some of my favorite ones in Rome and Tuscany.
Carbonara was fantastic, only recommendation would be to add a tiny bit more pasta water to make it more creamy 😀
Tiramisu was phenomenal.
Serves were friendly. Atmosphere was warm and inviting.
They have indoor and outdoor seating available. We made a reservation, probably not necessary, but it did get busy between 7:30-8pm.
Love Portugal and have been eating mostly Portuguese food, but this was a delightful experience! 10/10 recommend!!

Restaurant is amazing! Highly recommend… we did not meet the chef but our waitress was wonderful. 12 people.. three tables of four… we ate outside and everyone’s dish was delicious. The bruschetta was the best I’ve ever had…. Better than any in Italy or America!! You can’t go wrong choosing this restaurant but check out the times they close between lunch and dinner… between 4pm-7pm … Thank you to the reviewers who suggested this place two weeks ago! You will not be disappointed! Try the lemon cello spritz too !!!!

Our best meal in Portugal. My family said the pasta dishes were the best they’ve ever had. I really enjoyed my goat cheese burger too. The atmosphere was tranquil and welcoming. The restaurant is situated next to a meandering road, and you can look down at the city from the opposite side. The sunset adds a warm charm to the place. All the servers speak perfect English. We were so glad to discover this hidden gem.

The pizzas and bruschetta were good, however the Ravioli was rather tasteless, mainly the cheese filling The pastas were good and the tiramisu dessert was nice. Pretty disappointing and overpriced, with respect to the current rating.

It’s an ok place. I have been in cheaper and better Italian restaurants. I guess it’s Sintra location… It lacks smiles to the staff and better Italian environment. The background music they played was not the best choice. It’s an annoying beating.
The place is clean although too minimal.
I could go again but it would not be my first choice.
The dessert was the best and huge! Good to share.

The food is topmost. We had truffle risotto and truffle pizza and it’s the best choice we could have made. Pizza crust was just ideal, and risotto made to perfection with smooth and creamy yet not mushy texture. Absolutely yes.

Best Cacio e Pepe I’ve had outside of Rome! Paid a little extra to have some fresh truffle shavings on top of the pasta. Worth it! Unassuming place, I was the only person there, it was amazing!
