We sat on the kids side because we had such a big group so it was a bit noisy for us older people, but the kids had great fun. Wonderful service staff. She really took care of us. Some interesting pizza combinations that were fun to try.

Absolutely our favorite place. So much fun, food is amazing and we always make sure it’s on our list to stop when we’re in Spokane.

Gluten free crust is exceptionally bubbly which is rare for a gluten feee crust, though not my favorite gluten free crust I’ve had. It felt too spongy and soft in the middle. I also feel like the pizza could have more cheese

Best Pizza in town! Great tap list, great appetizers and sides. Love the cozy old school pizza and bar atmosphere. Has a kids section with games, a large salad bar, and a bar area. Can easily accommodate large groups with large tables and private areas.

Market Street Pizza in Spokane Valley (located at 11420 E Sprague Ave) stands out as a highly regarded local pizzeria, often hailed as one of the top spots in the greater Spokane area for handcrafted, brick-oven pizza. With a solid 4.3/5 on Yelp (from around 55 reviews as of early 2026) and strong Google/Facebook praise, it earns consistent acclaim for quality that rivals or exceeds many competitors.
Strengths center on the pizza itself: reviewers frequently describe it as “incredibly delicious,” “surprisingly excellent,” and among the best in Spokane—some even compare it favorably to NYC or East Coast styles. Highlights include fresh, hot-from-the-oven pies with great crust (crispy yet chewy, puffy with char), high-quality ingredients, and creative options like the Valley Girl, Lou Lou, Artichoke Pie, Barbeque Chicken, Buffalo Chicken, or classics with fresh basil. Many call it the “best I’ve tried yet” (e.g., 8.9/10 scores in local video reviews). Sides shine too: fresh salad bar, standout wings (Boom Boom, Cowboy), and appetizers like Italian Garlic Fry Bread. Service gets frequent nods for being friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating—quick seating even for large groups (20+ people handled efficiently). The vibe feels kitchy, local, comfortable, and welcoming, with a neighborhood feel that sets it apart from chains.
Nuances and considerations include higher pricing—some note it’s “really expensive” relative to portions or area norms, though justified by quality for many. Hours are limited (typically 4 PM–8 PM, varying by day), suiting dinner crowds but not ideal for lunch or late-night. The Valley location often gets called “way better” or friendlier than the original on Market Street in Spokane. Gluten-free options (cauliflower crust) exist, and takeout/delivery via apps adds convenience. Rare critiques mention nothing spectacular about sauce in some pies, but positives dominate overwhelmingly—no major red flags like poor consistency or service issues.
For Spokane Valley residents like you, it’s a reliable go-to for elevated, satisfying pizza nights—whether dine-in for the atmosphere or carryout. It delivers on expectations for handcrafted quality without pretension, making it a standout in Eastern Washington’s pizza scene. If you’re seeking standout local pie with strong community backing, this spot consistently impresses. (198 words)

We absolutely love this pizza and would give it five stars based on the food alone. It’s consistently delicious and one of our favorites.

Unfortunately, the service during this visit was really disappointing. Our server, Tonya, disappeared for long stretches of time. It took a while to get plates for our salad, and our pizzas took quite a long time to come out, even though it wasn’t busy.

When we had leftovers, we were given small boxes that didn’t fit one of the pizzas. We needed a large box, but she didn’t come back, so we couldn’t ask for one. Later, when we asked for separate checks, she brought just one check. One person in our party ended up going to the front checkout to have it split.

Again, the pizza itself is amazing, but the service really put a damper on the experience this time.

Whether its date night, family night or just visiting Spokane this has to be on your list of places to eat at. The moment you walk through the door you know you’ve made the right choice. The atmosphere is charged with excitement, the amazing smell of delicious pizzas and laughter. Youre greated and welcomed to Market Street Pizza with smiling employees that look happy to be at work. Order out and be ready to take possession of a 4 person table top they call a pizza box. And let me tell you their pie touches all 4 corners. Dine in and spend time in there arcade or let the kids have there fun while you get some quality time with the Mrs. The employees, management and owner have knocked it out of the park on this one. I haven’t seen so many happy people or employees under one roof, ever!! Market Street Pizza isn’t just a place to go and eat at. Its a memory youll never forget.

It’s a clean store and employees are friendly when they serve you, but I stood at the counter for a while before anyone addressed me.
