I ordered the Crispy Chicken Club meal with fries. The chicken was well-seasoned and crispy, and I enjoyed it. The fries are good, but I enjoy a heartier potato unless I’m at McDonald’s. I’ve had the burgers in the past and enjoy the chicken options more. I want to come back to try the custard because the Oreo Double Trouble is calling my name.
The highlight of my visit was the service. There was an enthusiastic young man working the counter who proudly greeted us when we walked in and gave us helpful menu recommendations. He was a bright spot. The restaurant itself is clean and has a classic malt shop vibe. It’s slightly pricier than competitors but I don’t it provides the experience to justify the difference. Also, and this is just an observation, but males from the Silent Generation love this place. I was given multiple reviews that Freddy’s makes the best burger. I don’t feel the same, but it was a good experience and I’ll be back to dine in again.

Its a pretty chill place. The 2 times my husband and I went there wasn’t super busy around//after dinner time so if there was any dinner rush we probably arrived after that. First time I think I had the bacon cheeseburger, and the second time I had the grilled cheese burger and then a chilli cheese dog. And the chili cheese dog while basic outshined both burgers. The side item I had with first burger was tater tots and the second one I had cheese curds. The amount for the price was not worth getting the combo. Its like equivalent to a small handful – which is fine but definitely not worth the amount we paid. The ice cream is pretty good. We got the strawberry dream cake I believe as shakes. I didnt ask but I was expecting like strawberry cheesecake or more cake peices to be in there and didnt really get that but still the icecream was worth it. But the food nothing to write home about. There’s like zero seasoning on the burgers. It made me miss steak n shake. Iykyn. Ive had more flavor at the subway that is next door. The staff is very polite and pleasant to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend getting dinner somewhere else and coming here for dessert.

Just mid. Nothing really special. Custard the same as Culver’s.
I paid $15 for a meal, which is the same as what I would pay at Apollo burger for a meal down the road. But this meal had less in it and wasn’t as high quality.
Kinda random that my burger had mustard on it but no other condiments? And a little heavy handed on the mustard as well. Maybe I would have enjoyed it more if not for that. I just ordered the bacon double burger with all the normal fixings on it.
The custard was the highlight for me, which is why this is 3 stars and not 2.
The guy at the front was super nice and the food was fast…. It just didn’t taste all that great. Probably won’t be back.

Thinnest Burger in the World! I just had my last meal at Freddy’s in Draper. If you take a look at the pictures of my steak burger you’ll notice that you can see through the burger not just on the edges, but in the center of the burger. You’ll also notice that it’s so thin that it’s barely thick enough to even resemble a burger let alone taste like one. From what I can tell Freddy’s is attempting to improve margins at the cost of a providing the quality of food that once earned them a good reputation. I’d rather they jack their prices up than sell me something I can’t even taste. I threw this burger out (drive thru purchase) because it was not only thin but the meat was so dry and crumbly it desolved before a taste could register. It was so disappointing. And to be clear, this is not the first time I’ve had a burger like this at Freddy’s so you tell me do you really think Freddy’s is good based on the picture of my steak burger?

Freddys is the bomb! The burgers are great, fresh, juicy, and large. The shakes are great. They have my favorite fries. They are those skinny, crunchy kind almost like a chip. The sodium kills me but i do love the extra fry seasoning.

This is a great 60s style diner, with a bright, fun atmosphere. The staff worked hard to keep everything running, and the food came out quickly. The flavors were fun and we liked the steak burgers, chili fries, onion rings, and chicken sandwich. I didn’t even try the frozen custard. I will check it out next time.

My wife and I used to come to this location once a week about a year ago. However, after not having visited in awhile the last few times have been really disappointing. The food has been very average and the quality of service has declined as well. Today all of the soda were flat which is disappointing when you pay for a combo meal to get a drink. We probably won’t be coming back to this location since the last few times have felt like a waste of money.

The food is good but I’ve come here 3 times asking for a chicken sandwich with JUST pickles, like how it used to be made, and without fail it always has bacon (I don’t eat bacon) lettuce and everything loaded onto it when the receipt shows ONLY pickles no cheese too. Disappointing ughhhh even went inside to order to avoid being misheard in the drive through speaker. 3 TIMES

Haven’t tried the food yet so I’ll probably update this review when I do try food. It all looked good but I came here for a shake. The turtle shake was good but a little runny for being a “concrete”. The shakes/concretes that the people got in our group also looked quite runny. So not sure if that’s normal.

Went here for lunch because I have only had it once and it was a loooong time ago. And I have to say.. I wasn’t missing much. The burger was fine. It tasted fresh. There just wasn’t anything special about it.
I don’t care for the shoe string fries. It just feels like a rip off. Plus you have to eat a handful to feel like you ate any lol, maybe that’s just my inner fat person. The burgers are also expensive. The Onion rings were probably the best part of the meal. Maybe their signature thing is the custard which I did not venture to get.
I would recommend going to Culver’s instead. Their food is awesome and their custard is amazing. I also think it’s cheaper.
