The food tasted pretty good, although quite pricey. I put in a to-go order and it took pretty long. When I got there the employee told me there was a problem with the ticket so they’re making the rest of my order now. No problem, I really didn’t mind too much, but the employee wasn’t warm or friendly which just made me kindof sad to be there.
They were courteous and never outright rude. But no smiles at all and they would let out an exasperated sigh when I asked for something. The restaurant was empty inside so it wasn’t like it was peak rush time. Perhaps the employee was newer and also stressed out, but I just did not feel welcomed
Floor tiles had big holes and crevices in them filled with water. I’m guessing from when they mopped, but I literally had to step around puddles of water

Update: Excellent carryout. Same great customer service and of course excellent food. Original Review: Excellent food, great service. We enjoyed the Farmhouse salad & a small Bertucci pizza. Their fresh rolls are good without any topping or with a little olive oil. Definitely a favorite of ours.

Dwayne is the best server! Attentive down to earth and just all around great customer service example! If there’s an employee of the month recognition he deserves it; maybe the year! He is the reason we will patron Bertuccis in the future.

We really enjoyed dinner. Our server Brandon was friendly, quick, and and attentive. My wife had the New England Clam Chowder and Cheese Ravioli and she really liked it. I had the Minestrone and a side salad, and Cod Limone with angel hair pasta. Awesome!
The only reason for 4 stars vs. 5 stars was the table. Rather than the hostess seating us in one of the 8+ unoccupied booths, we were out at a table that had poor lighting and didn’t have the usual table items (salt, pepper, dessert/drink menu).

Went on 7/31/19. The service was great, and we ordered Antipasto (Roasted eggplant, peppers, artichoke hearts, ripe tomatoes, mozzarella, sweet balsamic fig drizzle, Pecorino Romano, rosemary ham, salami, stuffed green olives, grilled prosciutto rolled around fresh mozzarella & grilled rosemary focaccia), mest balls, 2 order of brocolli and 1 order of spinach as side dishes. Everything was delicious!

The spinach and artichoke was very watery and had a bad taste, the bread was stale, and the eggplant Parmesan which said on the menu to be baked is deep fried and was soggy and a gross taste. I’m so upset about this disappointing dinner. The waitress was very nice though and understanding and comped the meal which we appreciated.

Lunchtime meal. Seems that the employees were short staffed, doing multiple positions. Ordered eggplant sandwich and an Italian cold cut. Breads were fresh. Sandwiches were promptly served. Good flavors.

This was my first time at Bertucci’s. All of the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. One person got the shrimp and chicken cajun (creole) pasta and said it was good with a kick. I’m a basic pizza fanatic and got the Bertucci pizza. It was just ok to me.
