This place is underrated – very solid food, great selection and prices are good. Every time I visit I wonder why I don’t come more often. The prime rib was very good, their French onion soup was great (I personally think theirs is better than Morton’s and other similar restaurants I’ve been to). My wife really loved their ribs (A+). My teens love it too – very solid choice. Sometimes they have live music which is a nice touch.

Food is pretty good. I appreciate that they have a variety of options on their menu, so there’s something for everyone. The decor is fun, and in keeping with the theme.

I was up from TN. To visit my mother. I’ve never picked up food from a bunch of careless people. And when I say this I mean it, YOUR FOOD SUCKS. The cod was mushy and way over breaded . The shrimp was like rubber. And the salmon was very over cooked. The sad part, nothing will change and you people wont care. Way over priced for the quality. And this is getting to be problematic everywhere. If you dont like your job, GO HOME.

Great place with delicious food and friendly service! The cozy atmosphere made for a nice dining experience. Everything was well-prepared, and the staff was attentive. Definitely a spot I’d visit again!

Have been here before and it is a favorite. The pictures show a mushroom Swiss burger and a Reuben. I show the sandwiches in a box to show how large the sandwiches were that we could not finish them entirely. Besides that they tasted great and cam out fresh from the kitchen. Service was excellent and my tea was never empty. The only thing I can say is the chili was a bit heavy on the beans but it tasted great so that would be not picking a bit. The menu is huge and sure to have something for everyone.

As a group of four adults and two kids we came in for a late lunch on a winter weekend afternoon. We were seated and served right away. The restaurant looked great with holiday decor everywhere. Drinks were ordered and the hungry preschooler got in his food order. Soon we all ordered off the menu, a mix of salad, dinner and sandwiches. The meals arrived real quick. Nothing fancy but all very good. The Squire was the perfect choice for us. Definitely good experience. Five stars.

A unique restaurant in the far NW Chicago suburbs! My fiancee and I visited with a friend on a late Saturday afternoon and while the parking lot was full, there was no wait for a table. We were seated and our waitress was very polite and very quick with taking our drink and food orders. The menu is packed and everything sounded delicious.
I ordered a turkey club and it was great. There was a ton of moist turkey and not too much mayo. It came with very crispy and hot fries. The total for three people was very reasonable for a sit down with an extensive menu. If we’re ever back in the area for dinner, I would love to come again!

Saganaki cheese tasted like old, reused oil. The Swiss cheeseburger had a decent amount of cutlet, and the fried calamari was just mediocre. It’s a nice place with a unique interior featuring a medieval touch.

My wife and I ordered the prime rib special. We had both ordered medium, and when it came out, it was near well-done and was just really rubbery. I had asked if i can get a replacement, and I did a few minutes later. The prime rib i had gotten for a replacement turned out to be cold, blue, and with a tough burnt crust. It honestly felt like they had it sitting in the cooler and just straight up served it like that. We ended up just boxing the prime ribs and feeding them to my dog, after cutting out the crusts. We know it wasn’t the servers fault, I just wish the food was a bit better since the prime ribs are $40 a piece.
