Worst Experience Ever!
Needed to use the restroom prior to ordering, not aloud. Only people paying for food can use the restroom first. Put a order in now because I’m disgusted by the way I was treated before I even say a word to them.
Come out to get my chicken flatbread and leave have to wait another 10 mins for them to do other drive thru orders first, guess a flatbread is so hard to make.
The Manager stated that they lock the doors now because someone destroyed the bathroom and caused 5k worth of damage, so now I’m thinking I have to be punished because of someone else and because you have no control over your store… just give me my food already I will NEVER be back here ever!
Get my flatbread Finally open it up to the flatbread sticking to the wrapper and having to be destroyed to peal it off to eat. Then find Chipotle sauce on it after it was ordered without!

I had an amazing experience today and the young man who gave me my order said his name was Jackson! He’s definitely not the fastest by a long shot but I could tell he was giving it his all. The more experienced young man who works with him mostly seems to know what he’s doing and is 400x faster but I think his shirt was on backwards.

I sat on Detroit Avenue I could not even turn into Taco Bell. The line was so long. I sat through 11 red lights on a Friday night at 10 PM. I could not even get into the line for takeout. I called and asked the manager what was going on and she said that she has orders from six other places, although those orders are not there but people who actually want to place orders get food and pay for it are forced to wait out in a line that did not move through 11 red lights she said you can come in and place an order if you like that would’ve been fine except you couldn’t get into the driveway because of the backed up line trying to place it to go and the traffic from the other side trying to get in absolutely unacceptable what kind of customer service is this? What kind of business doesn’t have enough people? What kind of business takes online orders before actual customers who are there? This is the last time I’m coming to this Taco Bell every single time there is a back up if you want to go through the drive-through.

Wednesday was a long day, I didn’t eat all day, decided for quick later evening dinner I would grab 3 tacos at the drive through. I had a completely exceptional experience. The cashiers voice was clear, cheerful, engaging, and professional! This was absolutely not your typical drive through experience, at any “fast food” restaurant. My receipt says the cashier was Kahli. We’ll kudos Kahli! Great job. You made my experience my best ever at a drive through! Oh yeah, the tacos were as expected, the tasted particularly good because of my mood after being treated like a valued customer!

Scott is the worst Manager in Customer Service!!!! I have been in Management for 20 plus years and he makes customer service a bad reputation!!!!! I spent money there to receive the wrong order and he treated me as if I was a homeless begging for food!!!
His response to their mistake was…Ma’am do you know how many calls I get like this!!! The audacity to accuse a customer of such a thing!!!!
I ask for a corporate number and he said there is no such thing as a corporate number for this location!!!
He refuse to remake my food!!!!
I will place a bad review daily until I speak with Corporate office!!!

I have been going to this taco bell for almost 20 yrs and i have to say this taco bell is peak. The food is fresh, accurate and fast. They have never messed up an order for forget an item like other fast food restaurants in Lakewood do. The young woman who took my order and gave me my food was friendly and thoughtful.

Absolutely horrible, we went for a walk because the car wasn’t working. The main room was closed, so we tried to go through the drive-through, and instead of politely declining us and telling us they can’t serve food to paying customers like a normal person, a dude with a ponytail and glasses and arm tattoos made fun of us, asked if we were “gonna stand there looking stupid” and then made more fun of us. Totally unprofessional.

Customer service was great; they gave me what I wanted with extra packets of avocado sauce and they informed me they were out of something but gave me the option for a refund or two additional tocos!
