Our granddaughter wanted Applebee’s for dinner, and when she’s with us, she always gets what she wants. I haven’t eaten at Applebee’s in probably over 10 years, and I have to say—I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, and our server was kind and friendly.
That said, there were a few small misses in terms of dining etiquette that kept the experience from being excellent. With just a little more attention to detail, the service could have really gone to the next level.
I realize Applebee’s isn’t a five-star restaurant, and what the server lacked in polish she definitely made up for with her personality. Still, to give an example: we ordered dessert and coffee. The coffee arrived without a spoon to stir in cream and sugar. When we asked for one, we didn’t receive it until the dessert was brought out. I ended up using a knife to stir in the meantime.
These are minor details, of course, but they’re the kind of small touches that can really elevate the guest experience.

Ordered carry out, scheduled it for a 5:30 pickup, the receipt says it was ready at 5:10, 20 minutes way too early. By the time I got home, most of the food was cold. I do takeout whenever I come here and never had this problem, very disappointed.

I don’t throw around the word “fine dining” lightly, but Applebee’s has me feeling like I just stepped off a yacht every single time. Came in recently and ordered the queso burger, and let me tell you, it was absolutely awesome. The fries held their own too, which is more than I can say for a lot of places.
Is this Michelin star territory? Maybe not technically. But when I walk through those doors, I feel fancy, and that’s what matters. The ambiance, the laminated menus, the endless appetizers, it all just screams sophistication to me.
If you’re looking for the pinnacle of the dining experience, look no further. Applebee’s is, and always will be, my spot.

This Applebee’s has been here for many, many years. I have eaten here numerous times and have never had a bad meal. They make you feel welcome by holding the door open for you. You are then promptly seated and provided a menu. The wait staff is always kind, friendly and accommodating. During the warm weather, outside seating is available. I highly recommend this Applebee’s for a pleasant time and a great meal. There is plenty of free parking surrounding the restaurant.

not from the town i was there sunday 1/3/2026 with two friends . my identity got stolen over there after i paid the bill on sunday i gave it to one waitress and we also tipped nice. next day my bank account got charged for another bill on 1/4/2026 I called they told me another party of older ppl were sittin in same place and swipped a card and it came like my card also
got told two waitress used my card on sunday which i i only handed my card to one waitress was older age was standing at the bar the whole time , next day on monday my card got used again over there I got told older group walked in and pay their bill with card i had my card in my postion untill now the whole time , I called i talked to Josh he said he saw the my card got charged twice in the camera and he will call me back i only got one call back sayin I watched what happened and said hes manger in meeting and he will call me after never got call back I called today lady yelling at me in the phone saying call after 4 we know what happened being rude in the phone
, i belive my identity got stollen over there and im pressing charge filling police report my advice never go over there . Very bad customer service.

Excellent service, food was delicious, fast. Waitress attentive, organized. Will definitely come back.
I ordered the honey glazed bbq ribs, which was so delicious!’ Also I noted they changed the recipe of mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Its 1000x much better than before. So good!! My wife’s steak was also good and my daughter’s pasta alfredo sd well. Kudos to the chef and kudos to the company.

Really disappointed. For 10+ years I’ve always ordered the Oriental chicken salad to-go. It used to come in a big square take out container so full I could never finish it all. The chicken used to be really good too. Now it costs more, comes in a much smaller oval container and the chicken is not as good. And they don’t even give you a full container of dressing…you used to get two containers! Same with the side of garlic mashed potatoes. They’re not as good as they were and the container is only half full. It’s not worth the cost anymore, you’ll see what I mean if you order. Maybe it’s a different experience if you eat in the restaurant but I’ll be ordering to-go from Acasia going forward…they have a great menu with nice size portions and decent prices.

We were driving to Newark airport on 78 and decided to take a lunch stop, which we enjoyed. We have cheerful services, the optiona of 2 for 24, 29 and 32 look attractive. We picked a choice from different columns and, no worries, they just averaged the price. I liked my ribs and half rack with fries, my partner enjoyed his chicken. He also got us the veteran discount. For a chain store, I think it is above-standard. Nothing to pick on, and good value.

It was okay. We were seated quickly, but it took a while to get service. Our sever was very nice and the order was 100% correct. Unfortunately there was a group next to us where every kid had a phone or tablet watching stuff at high volume. I felt bad for the staff because they left such a mess.
