Missed up on drinks and waiting to long for bread , customer server Ryan didnt charge me for it after I adked him twice if he had add it to my order the first time. Cashier needs to listen to customers orders right the first time.

The starbucks was nice and cozy and the cashier was friendly, the only issue. Is the coffe I fell due to the work flow being high paste. The coffe ended up getting burnt and they got my order wrong. I asked for a frape but instead I got just ice cubs and warm Luke drink with the taste of burnt peppermint mocha. Alought besides the employees which were amazing, the frape wasn’t unfortunately. Tip ( go when its less packed to prevent a order being ruined and not delivering your expections). 4/10
If you choose to study here I do recommend only because they have Chargeing ports while seating in doors at the booth section.

*WATERED DOWN TASTE FRAPPE *
My first and definitely last time here. I went to get a drink for my niece and ordered ahead of time. I been to many Starbucks and I know they tend to be sweet drinks. She said, “it tastes kind of different”. She ordered a caramel crunch frappe, and gave me a taste and definitely lacked taste, I the drink was so WATERED down I barely could coffee taste because it was so watered down. Went to a different location to get a new one. You can totally see the difference in the drinks.
The barista wrote DELISH, my niece said, definitely wasn’t delish!

I came by on February 14, 2026 at approximately 7:58pm and I addressed to the hispanic male in charge of the drive-thru window that my order was made incorrectly. Instead of apologizing for getting my order wrong. He kept saying, “okay..”, and rolling his eyes at me, simultaneously. He also wanted to break the store policy by requesting to have me give him back the incorrect drink to remake it. He has no idea I have been sick all these days. This is why I was originally ordering the honey citrus tea, but this drink was not available at the moment.

Was in Long Beach for work and found myself popping into this Starbucks almost daily. No wait, fast service, and before long they started calling me by name—felt a little like walking into Cheers (“NORM!”). Drinks were always spot-on and full of flavor. The store was closed/locked by 11pm only drive thru was available. No one answered the phone so I can find out why it was closed if it said they close at 12Am. Waited in drive thru line for about 20 mins even when order was placed for pick up thru the app before 11pm so disappointed since I was expecting to pick up coffee during lunch but spent all in my lunch break in drive thru line.
