Filthy is an understatement.
My husband and I got food poisoning from this location.

When I showed up to pick up my order… I wish to God I could have canceled. The lobby was absolute filth.
The bathrooms have non-working soap dispensers in both the male and female bathrooms So obviously no one’s washing their hands…..
The place wreaked of mold and urine.
The drink station was absolutely filthy.
Whoever does their health inspection is taking bribes because they had a 100 health rating and there’s absolutely no way.
So big fail on Smithfield Johnston County for allowing this facility to be in this state of filth and passing them?!?
The food was absolutely pathetic and I wish I had not spent 20.00 for two things.
Never ever again will I eat here or at any other taco bell location

Everything was amazing except for the hygiene of the place and the restrooms. As a Turk, it was my first time giving Taco Bell a chance and I loved it! The food was incredibly delicious.

If i could rate this place zero i would by a mile. We ordered 2 things. TWO THINGS. A crunchwrap and a bean and cheese taco. So tell me why we waited OVER 30 MINUTES. IT TOOK ALMOST 45 MINUTES FOR THEM TO MAKE A CRUNCHWRAP AND A TACO. The service at this genuine disaster posing as a restaurant was actually abysmal. Anyone gping here should change their mind immediately. Worst experience at a restaurant ive ever had in this entire state.
Edit: Sorry it was a bean and rice taco toasted. But either way a 45 minute wait is atrocious. Mind you they were not understaffed, we saw a total of about 7-8 employees on site, in uniform, and behind the counter.

This is probably the worst fast food restaurant EVER in terms of service. It’s always something. The drive thru is closed or the lobby is closed OR the entire place is closed super early. Orders are hardly ever right and if they are you can bet it’s poor quality. I could go on but it’s really not worth my time.
They just don’t care either. I’ve sent feedback on multiple orders from the receipt and no one ever follows up. Seems like corporate doesn’t care either considering all these bad reviews.
Photos show an order of nachos and cheese where I only received crumbs no actual nacho chips – couldn’t even dip the cheese. Then a burrito that was made by an amateur – all the beef was on one end and nothing but sour cream on the other – a little cheese mixed in the middle.

The service is just okay and when I do eat here the food is decent. However, whoever owns this store doesn’t give a damn about the customer’s experience… They don’t even give you the option to order at the counter only at the kiosk and then the items on the kiosk don’t match the items on their menu board nor the items on the app. Every time I come here there’s an issue with something so this is going to be my last time here. And technically I’m leaving without ordering. So good luck if you choose this location. Unfortunately it’s the only one in Smithfield. I suggest Don Betos… Authentic Mexican food for a good price.

Sometimes great, sometimes awful. We’ve ate at this place several times over the past few years and sometimes its top tier taco bell and other times we get food that is bad in ways that is baffling.
The picture below is a grilled cheese burrito that had no grilled cheese and honestly looks like someone punched it. My wife’s, intact and with grilled cheese.
I know its not easy in fast food these days, not about to leave 1 star as the food can be good. But when it’s bad… it’s really bad.

Don’t go inside to eat a manager was yelling at an employee because he was late a few times with downgrading and vulgar language so my family decided to take half our food home this was at 8:00 October 24th I wish they’d get better management but great job on the food. Terrible management!!!!!
