Out of 38 panda express for the very first time had the worst costumer yet to date as of 5/7/35
Over the road driver so have 18 weeler dont fit on drive through got to restaurant 9:30pm was told store close to walk in costumers i told them situation all got told nothing they can do every single employee just stared and well nothing to be of help so order online and walked it on drive through be ause even if i did order was told they are not alowed to open doors. This is a new to me after this ridicoulus experience they need good mangement here been other 38 pandas right closing time i always order and just bring to door and leave very helpfull including bad areas in los angeles california or laredo texas or small towns. Just ridicoulus way to not even offer solution and besides if they close 9:30 pm should be stated at door atleast. This really ruined whole week of driving all over the us this so far has top it off.

Other than that food is regular panda food pretty good over all
Atmosphere very nice location otherwise.

Be careful eating there early in the day! The only bad meal I’ve ever had there was before noon. I’m sure the noodles were leftover from the prior day. Other than that one time, it’s good!

Typical Panda Express that you can always expect consistent quality and service. I did my homework checking around legit and authentic Chinese food options around here and found NONE. So you might as well get Panda Express for similar food quality with much affordable prices. Kudos to Panda!

Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes just to end up getting parked for 10 more minutes, ended up going inside to speak to a manager and they had told me that there was no manager, firstly the times need fixed, 8 workers for what. And second you can not run a business without a manager, that will be reported to az department for health

We visit this location around every third month as a dinner take-out, from their drive-thru. Although usually pretty tasty, this is not a consistent attribute. The orange chicken is anywhere from excellent to below average. Things that seem inconsistent with the orange chicken are flavor and texture. The chow mein side is equally unpredictable, and is often very bland. Tonight’s chow menu was particularly dry and flavorless. Why do we keep going back? When it’s good, it’s pretty good! The concern is, we only experienced that around 50% of the time. We’ll probably still keep trying on occasion, just to see if we can hit that amazing taste that we sometimes trip upon.

I placed a delivery order on the app for 2 plates. Been waiting for 2 hours. I tried calling and it just goes directly to a message that says they’re not answering. No way to cancel. Just hoping they don’t charge my card. Ramen for my kid and I’m going to bed hungry. Thanks Panda

First of all, the line was very long, but I waited for a very short time to get to the front. Service was great, they make sure you get exactly what you asked without asking what you wanted. The food tasted amazing(I love the orange chicken). They have outdoor seating and a drive through, but they don’t offer table service. Over all great place.

Check your food before you drive off. This is what I got 30 minutes before close. No wonder the drive thru line was taking a high amount of time. The orange chicken was covered in burnt pieces of something.

Sorry to say this, but ever since the male managers disappeared and female managers showed up the food quality has just plummeted. This used to be the best Panda I’ve ever been to, now I don’t even want to go back. All the dishes used to be fresh all the time, now half of everything is dried out and disgusting. The chicken teriyaki is always burnt now. The chow mein is always overcooked. Nothing tastes the same. I asked if they had new cooks and they said no. I guess the new managers care more about getting a bonus from lower food waste by keeping old items there forever instead of throwing them out and replacing with fresh, then they care about serving good food and making sales. Funny part is it’ll backfire completely because their total sales are going to drop drastically. I was there at lunchtime today, which used to be busy, and there was NO ONE there, I was the only patron. I wish someone would turn this place back around to what it was 2-3 months ago, because I for one won’t be back for quite a while, and I’m sure others feel the same way based on the traffic the last two times I’ve been there.
