I have not been to Rubys since 2020 when Covid hit. The food was very good tonight and our server, Matthew W, was also very good. It was only his 3rd day and I was thoroughly impressed with how well he was doing behind the bar. Thank you for your service, Matthew W!

So good to still see some of the RT’s out here. I used to love going to these back in the day (mainly for the salad bar) . Went to this one (which is about 38-40 miles away from me), and overall, it wasn’t bad. The salad bar needed stocked a little, but the service was great, prices are decent, good parking and friendly staff. I will definitely visit again when in the area.

Food is great on every visit. Doug is always attentive to customer’s ensuring great customer service. Autumn is amazing. Autumn provides amazing service even when she is busy. Checks on customers ensuring they have everything you need. I enjoy eating at this restaurant multiple times a week.

The service by Lexie was excellent. The food on the other hand can use a lot of work. This location is always out of something. Salad bar is rarely full lettuce is usually brown. But anytime there is a problem Lexie is always willing to make it right the best that she can. The atmosphere at this location is DEAD!! This is out of her control. Ruby’s needs to raise the bar!

Brittney was a wonderful server she made sure we had everything we needed and more. She waited on us and kept checking on us in case we needed anything. She helped us through the menu and answered all of our questions that we had. We have never had a waitress to treat us with so much kindness and respect and we will be back to see her

Restaurant’s overall experience was really disappointing, food was very below my expectations, and average. I would not recommend this location to others, service was kinda slow with the restaurant being busy. But that should not take away from the fact that service, food and customer satisfaction should be important.

We went and took forever to get drinks to place order and to get our order I order salad bar wasn’t at all busy and I finished eating and all by the time my husband got his food took over a hr to get his food and his other drink we was hoping to catch a movie afterwards but took so long we missed it they need a better management never once was a apology given for the wait or anything and while we were there I watched 3 families get up and walk out they lost out on alot of money oh and we order 3 mix drinks no alcohol at all and my husband potatoes were so dry like they been sitting all day do not recommend
