Worst Five Guys I’ve ever been to. Took 40 min to get our 2 burgers and 2 fries and it wasn’t that busy. The burgers were ok minus toppings being on the burgers we didn’t ask for. The fries were absolutely disgusting. They were mushy and soaked in oil. We could not even pick one up without it falling apart. Waste of 40 bucks.

I hate writing this. I used to work for five guys for years, and definitely know what to look for in terms of quality control of food. I’ve never had an issue with the burgers or toppings. That would get 5 stars. However, it’s the fries.
Morning shift has never had an issue, this is specifically with 2nd shift, and one man. Management was kind enough to remake the fries after I showed them they were under done. I continued to watch this employee serve customers under done fries. Which is sad because I know how good they can be.
After they were remade they were burnt. Almost black, and the employee continues failing in shaking his fries and cooking them for the right amount of time. I don’t want to be that customer that complains, but I threw my fries away completely disappointed the manager didn’t see the correction that was needed.
If anyone spends $5 dollars on fries we want them to meet the five guys standard, this needs to be corrected because I shouldn’t have to drive 20 minutes out of my way to avoid this issue because other stores train their employees properly.

Perhaps the worst experience we’ve ever had at 5 Guys. We placed our orders, luckily catching the cashiers mistake in time before he rung up our order. We corrected him and had a seat. My wife got up to go out to get a sweatshirt because it was so cold inside. I’m usually not one to get too cold, but man it was like a freezer in here, so we picked up our food and ate outside. Inside, the beverage machines were the older style, but both had issues with ice. One was empty, the other made weird grinding noises but spit out some ice. The French fries we ordered were only lukewarm dregs, leftovers, not fresh and hot the way they usually are. And, to top it off, the one trash receptacle by the side door was full to overflowing. The manager here should be ashamed.
This was on a Tuesday evening between 6-7 pm and the place was not crowded at all.

The burgers were good, as were the fries but the soda machine was flat. Even after mentioning them 2x (once when we first filled our cups and sat down and once when we got our food half an hour later). It never got fixed so we drank flat soda. Wish they had unsweetened tea as a alternative, but they only had sweet.

This location used to be great. Now service is going down hill, quality needs help. Online ordering is sub par, last 3 attempts I’ve decided to give them one more chance. The fries used to be great now they’re soft and below size for the cost. This 3 large fries cost $19.47

We were there just before dark on Saturday. A couple of people picking up orders. One person ahead of us in line. Staff is a very friendly, smiling and offered questions. I had a burger with fries and a chocolate milkshake. My friend had burger fries and a soft drink. It was about 4 minutes before our food is ready and it was awesome. The brown bag full of fries. My burger was the bottom somewhere lol. It’s fun eating to it. I will go again for sure. The restaurant was clean and there was parking
