Ordered off the app, waited 25 minutes before leaving to pick up my order (3 of the same items), waited another 20 minutes after I got there before my food was ready when the place was dead empty. This taco bell is consistently incompetent and takes forever to make the most simple things, and/or constantly gets your order wrong while also skimping out on ingredients for your order. Also consistently gotten items with old/crunchy ingredients.
Its better than prison food but the bar is low and they take forever to do anything, I’m not even sure the people working there even try.

Horrible food. Will never go back everything we ordered was gross. Why is there no standard to their food? You go to chick flia or McDonald’s i dont care the food is pretty much the same you go to this taco bell and its never the same or even good. Where is the quality control. This one needs to be shut down they give a bad rap for the rest of them

To start I will never return. What a waste of money!the rice was dried and crunchy as was the chicken. None of it was warm at all. The chulupa also tasted as if it was dried out and stale. Needless to say I ate none of this! If I could give a negative star review I would.

I was very surprised coming in today. There was no one working the counter, so we had to use the kiosk which wasn’t the friendliest way to place an order. My wife had the steak quesidilla and it was so thin there was almost no meat at all in it. My tacos were not as good as normal. It was very disappointing. I may have to choose a different Taco Bell in the future.

To the girl at the drive-thru with blonde hair… are you able to count? On the receipt, there are 4 (FOUR) Avocado Salsa Packets. You may think it’s cute to charge someone for items you don’t give them while you smile in their faces, but I don’t.
This Taco Bell needs a serious check on their night management and inept employees. What exactly is the problem? Is it that I asked for modifications because I have food allergies? That’s cute, too. It borders discrimination, which the ADA can teach you about if you like.
Oh, and… the app charged and kicked back twice. It has not and never did it for another location, just this one. How is this place messing up so badly when it has been there for so many years?

i ordered the 3 Dorito tacos i asked for nothing but cheese and beef , i got home and went to go eat them , all them had lettuce on them and barley any meat !! and they didn’t give use no sauce ! and when i called the last minute they answered and hung up !

Sitting outside waiting for our drive thru order. It’s been at least 20 minutes so far. One employee at window and one was eating up til a few minutes ago. We travel this way a lot but we will never come here again. There are other people out here waiting that were ahead of us!
