The wait at the drive-thru on a Thursday at 930 pm was too long. My burger was half wrapped and my toppings were at the bottom of the bag instead of on my burger. To top it off the bun was hard!
Zero stars on the food, cook and packer who allowed that to go in the bag.

Decent McDonald’s. Hit them around 1:30 to 2pm, so a little after the noon rush. I ordered in the app and went inside to get the food. It was ready pretty quickly. Staff seemed decent. Wasn’t a fan of how my sandwich was put together, but if that’s the worst thing from a fast food joint, I guess I’ll take it.

If I could give them zero Stars I would. Don’t order anything past 10:00 p.m. They close at 11:00 and they will only serve you old stale food past 10:30 because they don’t want to cook anything fresh and then have to clean up their grill. Even if you order it on the app they will still not make it fresh.

Hot & delicious. Two adults and two grandkids destroyed 2 Big Breakfasts with pancakes. It was plenty of food for the 4 of us. Dec 2023. Excellent Big Breakfast with hotcakes. Fast service to start, morning crew did a good job with the main service, then fell apart when we wanted a refill on teas. Wait, wait, more wait. Did we become invisible? Put the tea dispenser in the lobby next to the soda dispensers. Drinks are your money makers, not your money losers. Your employees pouring drinks are a money loser, not a money maker. Let the customer do the refills.

I can understand getting 1 thing wrong…we all make mistakes. That being said, somehow, this location managed to WAY over-cook my fries, under-cook nuggets AND shorted me on nuggets because counting is just too hard I guess. Idk what changed but my last several visits to this specific location have been downright terrible. Last time I had to wait 40 mimutes(!!) And I never even got my food. I will not be back to this location so don’t bother trying to send me coupons or credits and thanks again for the rock-hard inedible french fries, super-duper appreciate it .

Will pull you forward no matter what you order to keep there drive thru time down. Let’s pull everyone forward and make them wait 20 minutes for a single item. This has happened every single time I’ve came through not to mention fries are always over cooked and haven’t had a warm burger once. It’s called fast food for a reason if I wanted to sit in my car for an extra 20 minutes I would’ve went to the root beer stand.

It’s not fast or efficient anymore. Pull every car over to park and wait longer for food. Not sure why they keep that system when covid ended. I only go now as a last resort.
