The waitress brushed our orders off and assumed what we wanted and kept trying to rush us. They never checked in on us and gave me the bill moments after bringing our plates. The manager didn’t speak or respond to greetings, my food was undercooked. Overall I do not believe I’ll be back within the next 6 months.

This is one of my favorite IHOP’S Most of the time, the food and customer service are really good. I ordered an omelet and asked that it be cooked softly and not hard with the dark brown spots on it. I was told they only cooked it one way, and that was it

The WORST Ihop I ever been to! This location is stuck in the “covid” days. they have a plastic shield wall at the front counter, cant even hear what the employees are saying. They are KNOWN for their amazing syrup flavors and this location only keeps regular syrup on the table. I asked where all the flavor syrups are and they said “we no longer keep them out because of covid” RIDICULOUS!!! Makes absolutely no sense as there are still regular syrup and salt and pepper shakers on the table… LOL.
So instead they bring out the flavor syrups in tiny plastic container cups. All of the other Ihop locations I go to have ALL of their flavor syrups on the tables. Never returning to this location.

I showed up at 11 o’clock on Saturday night and when they seen me pulling up in the parking lot, they started turning off lights I walk in the door that was unlocked. It said 7 till 12 on the door. When I walked in the server, put her hands By her waist palms up like what are you doing? I asked the woman are you still open and she says no. I said the door says till 12. It’s only a couple minutes after 11 she just said We’re closed. I said the door is unlocked. It says you close at 12 Google says you close at 12 and the light sign that says open is still lit up. Again, she just said we’re closed. Monday morning I pulled in the parking lot at a couple minutes till 7 And the entire restaurant is pitch black. No one’s Even in there if you’re supposed to open up at 7, you’re supposed to be ready by 7 not walking in the door at 7, which is what they’re doing right now. and that’s besides the fact tha there’s always some kind of issue every time I’ve been. Eggs are undercooked, The order will be wrong Or even hair in the food. I understand this isn’t a five star restaurant, but they should hold themselves to a standard at least. If you decide to go to IHOP at this location, be prepared for disappointment on every level. Assuming you can actually get into the restaurant and get food.

My daughter has been dying to get to IHOP so we had a breakfast date today and dined in. We went to the IHOP on Loch Raven before coming here and it was packed and dirty so we left. (I don’t recommend that one take the drive). Now onto the review!!! The atmosphere was so much better and very welcoming, cleaner, and the employees working there were happy to be there. It was less than a 5 minute wait to be seated and our waitress Katherine L. was at the table once we were seated. I ordered the split decision and my daughter ordered the Jr. pancake and it came out fast and hot. Katherine was very hospitable and nice she made sure our cups stayed full and we were doing ok. My daughter said today was the best day ever..

I hadn’t been to this location in ages. My family was here a lot when I was a kid, but age and neglect of the place got the best of it. This visit restored my love for the place. They did so much work to fix it up, it was clean and presentable. The staff was great. Gentle atmosphere. I had a couple eggs and sausage with coffee, while my friend had the double blueberry pancakes, all of which was absolutely perfect and highly enjoyable. The nostalgia was wonderful. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Our server was very nice and all the food came quick. Everyone enjoyed their meal but there were a few issues with serving, sides didn’t come until we asked about them and one person in our family got three pancakes instead of 4. Besides that though it was a good time. Great for a casual Friday night dinner.
