Whether I’m grabbing a quick bite on the go or taking a few minutes to eat inside, the service is always fast, friendly, and accurate. The team here clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows every time. This is my go-to spot in the mornings—nothing beats it! Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

This McDonald’s had been consistently great, but then they had a few weeks where I think they probably had a change of employees and/or managers. A few weeks after they seemed to struggle a little bit. That has passed and they are back on their A game.

Fast food by design is supposed to be cheap, fast and convenient as well as satisfying. McDonalds simply misses the mark on these basic considerations. Unfortunately the McDonald’s on Continental seemingly has perfected these failures to an art form.
Pricing is simply out of touch with real world reality. There is no visible equitable value in attempting to conduct business with this establishment. When I can sit down dine with tableside service cheaper, I’m left left asking, “why bother” with McFailed’s.
When drive thru simplicity has been replaced by disorganized chaos, any sense of convenience is overshadowed by consistently botched and bungled order proficiency. The flavorless science experiment with ingredients that l can’t pronounce is routinely misrepresented as “food”, it simply leaves me unmotivated to want to return. Sadly going without McDonald’s is unfortunately becoming the preferred choice.
Most people fail to plan, McDonald’s on Continental apparently has aggressively planned to fail. Even the drive thru site plan just to order seems to be at odds with customer convenience.

Service was slow. No one around to help you as they are in the kitchen. No soda fountains so when you are waiting for your food you can’t drink your pop while waiting. It’s all around bad service.

Drive thru was fast until they told me to pull forward. Four cars were in ftom of me waiting for their food. I ordered a double big mac with cheese fries and soda..large, I also ordered a bag of ice. So….needless to say my ice melted quiet a bit.

I have been waiting 20 minutes for an order to go. This is not the first time I have waited this long at this McDonalds location. When asked about my order after 20 minutes the response was “We are still waiting on it”. There was an order that was placed after my order with 6 meals that came out before mine. I know for a fact the friers get done with chicken items in 5 minutes. The bathrooms were also disgusting. There was an employee crying. They rolled their eyes when I mentioned they forgot my straws. They forgot half the sauce and napkins. They also made my daughters strawberry shake a smoothie and smoothies make her vomit from the texture and she cried because her sister got the shake with whipped cream and she did not get either. By the time we walked out of the restaurant it had been 28 minutes for a to go order.

This culinary embarrassment was handmade meaning that a McDonald’s crew member WILLFULLY, DELIBERATELY and INTENTIONALLY put this in my to-go bag. It undeniably speaks volumes to the lack of quality control oversight at McDonald’s. If the McDonald’s staff wouldn’t want to eat this, I truly fail to understand why they felt compelled to serve it to a paying guest.
I should never have to return and reclaim funding that is wasted on inedible food, ruined food that no one would obviously want to eat.
Kudos to the management staff for promptly addressing the issue.
An obvious lack of pride at McDonald’s and a serious lack of shame in what McDonald’s is willing to pawn off as acceptable.
THIS NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN SERVED TO A GUEST.

It takes a while to get your order. My burger was cold and the cheese was even colder. I ordered ranch to go with the nuggets. It was on the receipt but they didn’t bring it. It takes a while to get an employee to help you. A young lady finally came out, but instead of helping, she called for another employee to help. I guess the few seconds it would have taken to get the missing ranch was too much. It was better to take longer looking for another employee. Service is lacking and so is the food quality. For the price of the meal it should be better.
