The absolute best fries when they’re fresh out of the fryer that you can get. Also there chicken nuggets fresh out of the fryer are great as well but when they’re sitting around they tend to be dry and tasteless. The quarter pounder is great when it’s fresh off of the grill

Terrible experience. We came as two families with three kids and ordered five meals. The employee first refused to take our order at the counter and told us to use the app, but then he took another customer’s order at the same counter. Our Happy Meal was missing the apple juice, and when I showed him, he rudely tossed it toward me. My Big Mac was wrong and came as a regular hamburger. He grabbed it from my hand, threw it in the trash, and made us wait for a new one.

He refused to give more than two mayo packets even though we had five separate orders. When I asked for his name, he said they “don’t give names,” and when I asked for the manager, he claimed he was the manager. While giving me the corrected burger, he told us to take our food and leave, and even threatened to call the police in front of our children.

We were polite the whole time, but his behavior was rude, hostile, and unacceptable. Definitely the worst McDonald’s experience we’ve ever had. Not kid-friendly at all.

I went in at ~6:15 PM to get a McFlurry, and left at 6:35 PM with nothing. I got into a 1-person line for the register. Employee working in the back said “Be right with you”. I waited 20 minutes, and the person in front of me still hadn’t been served. I’m truly sorry to be such a jerk but:

I seriously advise you, if you value your time at all, just go to a different McDonalds. It’ll be faster in the end.

This is mostly for management.. I was there today, Friday at 5:40 pm. The line at the drive in was pretty long and not moving. Cars were driving off. I got to the speaker/ menu. … I was told that they couldn’t take my order for 20 minutes due to there was only 3 employees on duty. I don’t know what the three were doing if not taking orders. So I went to the McKnight store. Same situation there.

This McDonald’s I guess is the future of how fast food will be run. There are no counter attendance. You just walk in and a screen order is your only option if you did not already submit a mobile online order. For Vegas, the prices aren’t bad. The food was a little subpar, but that’s typical for McDonald’s. The service was not too long of a wait for how busy it was#pghlivemusic #rusticrootspgh #movedbymusic #pghlive

Worst service ever. Workers so mean. Whoever like the 30 year old dude is working the second window needs checked. I’m not gonna bow down to you. He was refusing to give me my food over tossing a piece of paper out the window. What are you? The McDonald’s police?

Staff is very rude, unprofessional, and is regularly belittling customers. Manager on duty at 10:11 on Wednesday September 13th 2023 was yelling at staff and customers. I understand stressful work, but there is absolutely NO excuse for blaming a customer for your mistake, or yelling at the staff for your failure to communicate properly.

Wait times are ridiculous, staff would nit help anyone in the lobby, and the tables looked atrocious.

Overall this location needs a change in management, and a complete retraining.

When you’re paying for something you expect to get what you’re paying for. I ordered a simple Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bagel with extra breakfast sauce. I get my order open it up. There’s pretty much no sauce at all on there. See picture below. Terrible service

Let me just say your customer service here is the worst customer service I have ever had you have people working the window who say absolutely nothing to you and then tonight when I was there, you were running with two people and technically with two people there the GM should’ve been there because that’s the job of a GM the manager that you had working the tall one with the speech impediment is very very rude because I went to the window to get my money back or my coffee because I did a mobile order for dine in and I couldn’t get in your doors. And I had already sitting in your drive-through for 20 minutes and it never moved and then he wanted me to go back again. Needless to say this is one McDonald’s that I will not return to. I will drive out of my way to go to a different one.

Tuesday, August 8, 2022 4:43pm drive thru order #1373. I was looking forward to trying the crispy chicken sandwich. I was greatly disappointed. At first look it was too dark, over cooked. It had a burnt taste to it as if the oil was old or had been over heated. It was terribly dry. The bun was bigger than the chicken, adding to the dryness. Hopefully this was a fluke, and not the norm. The fries and drink were perfect. The person taking the order, and drive thru window person were polite and professional. I like the ease of giving the order # from the app. If I hadn’t been on my way somewhere, I would have brought it back.
