Went through the drive thru. Ordered 5 biggy bags and 1 kids meal. 50$ only to wait 45 minutes from start to finish .. just to park and go back in because we were missing food. This isn’t the 1st time nor the 5th. My kids LOVE Wendy’s food , we usually come every Wednesday “Wendy wednesdays” we had to stop coming on wednesdays bc it was making the kids late for church, there’s zero structure in this facility , i think drive times need to be enforced and a lack of needs to be reprimanded , stop holding your employees hands and make this facility greater again, I’d love to continue to come . But until I hear otherwise , we will no longer be returning.

We stopped at a Wendy’s in Gaylord yesterday, and it was the most absurd Wendy’s visit ever. We were the first ones standing in line at the counter, and they didnt take our order for 15 MINUTES! The girl behind the counter told me they had to serve the previous order before she could take another one….I was like…no, pretty sure that’s not how it works. Should be able to take and cook multiple orders at once. So it took a total of 35 minutes from when we walked in to when we got our food. 1:30 PM on Jan 24th. The fries were also too salty to eat. This is the worst managed Wendy’s restaurant I’ve ever experienced.

Wendy’s was empty exemplifacation for a door washer waiting for an order. She was there before me. I ordered a $6.00 biggy meal. My meal took 20 min. Fries and nuggets were warm burger was not.

This is a 0 star establishment. I have never had good service or food at this location. I was charged twice for a meal several times. There is never anyone in the restaurant which is a testament to their service and food. I won’t go back, unless or until the place changes hands. It’s obviously an ownership issue since it’s been like this for several years that I know of. With a bunch of Wendy’s on the chopping block, I imagine this will be one of the.

I do not know what is going on with Gaylord Wendy’s, but the last couple of times I’ve been in, there is no customer service, the employees are rude, unorganized and unprepared, it took me 10 minutes to even be acknowledged, and even longer for my food. There is no line. Food is fine though. Place looks clean.

Completed a mobile order got there and the drive thru guy didn’t seem to have any idea what to do about a mobile order. We sat in line 20 minutes. Never got straws with our order and all the food was cold.

Stopped on way down state. This Wendy’s is literally decrepit outside falling apart. The staff is so slow. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a slower Wendy’s drive thru. Avoid!
