Horrible experience, and I will not be back. First the service was despicable. We received bread with no plates. We ate the bread as best as we could. My child put her bread on a napkin because we had no idea where the waiter was. We were not of importance to her! I ordered a margarita that took almost 30 minutes to get to the table. I received it right before the food came out. But I still couldn’t drank it because I had no straw. Again I had to waiter forever for the waiter to come back. But once I got the straw I realized it wasn’t a margarita. These people gave me a strawberry lemonade but charged me a margarita price. I frequently come to longhorn so I know what a strawberry margarita tastes like. I complained to the manager but he thought I was stupid and brought me the same thing back. It tastes like a strawberry lemonade. I have pictures as proof. The strawberry margarita is always darker. I also order the redrock shrimp with rice. The rice was undercooked and hard. I told the manager but he stated it was nothing he could do because it’s only one pot of rice. That sounded crazy to me but I’m not combative. So I went to try my baked potato and that wasn’t cooked all the way through either. The shrimp was not seasoned. I don’t know what happened tonight but it caused me to never want to return again. We were treated badly and management was dishonest and didn’t care.

Not sure if there’s a new manager, but wow — the service tonight was amazing! From start to finish everything was smooth, welcoming, and efficient.
Our server, Sarai V, deserves 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — incredibly attentive, friendly, and truly wonderful customer service. The manager also stopped by to check on us, which was such a nice touch.
We were in and out within an hour, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service made the entire experience even better. This visit reminded me why LongHorn Steakhouse is a favorite. We’ll definitely be back!

Longhorn is my favorite restaurant. I’ve been to more expensive restaurants and longhorn is still at the top of my list. I believe they have keep their quality intact as they didn’t opt for delivery service during the pandemic and still to this day. You can’t go wrong with Longhorn.
I recently tried their fire grilled corn on the cob. I love the seasoning but not the melted cheese. Try it for yourself and you decide. My next trip will be without the cheese. The shrimp , rice and broccoli was good per usual, but when they say ,” kiss the cook” on that salmon with the perfect crunch???? OMG!!!! Perfection….

Front start to finish, a clear F. Hostess lost our name and we had to wait even longer. While friendly, service was truly beyond slow. Greasy and fatty steaks, t’onion was very salty and not crispy. Waited nearly 30 minutes to pay. Manager never came back with the condiments we asked for.

I love this location. Every time I come in I feel welcomed. Yesterday was my first day going back to Longhorn since I was hit by a car in 2023. My experience was amazing. I ordered the lamb chops and a sangria and it was worth every penny. My server Tina was amazing and made me enjoy the experience even more. Thank you longhorn for always making me feel like family.

Longhorn Steakhouse on Mansell Road in Alpharetta is a very good budget steakhouse location. However, I’ve found that the service, atmosphere, and even food varies by location. I am recommending the location on Mansell Road. For a working man’s steak, go with Flo’s Fillet, the baked potato is excellent as well. Like chicken, go with the chicken fingers. Like seafood, go with the salmon fillet or the Red Rock shrimp. Want a salad, Longhorn has options. There is a bar area with limited seating. The service at Mansell is frequently a 4 but you never know. Get the Longhorn app you can get in a wait list.

At first, one was too much cooked. But the waitress immediately offered us to replace it with another one made how it should be (medium rather than well done).
Deserts were also very tasty, and the steak add-ons have a large selection including salads .

Very early lunch with the family, for my daughter’s 20th B-Day. We had a variety of orders and all very tasty. We had three steaks, one shrimp skewers and chicken stripes. Enjoyed the raspberry lemonade and the birthday dessert .
