I walked in and ordered using their self order kiosk, customized my burger and they didn’t make it the way I ordered it, the employee at the counter seemed overwhelmed and short with other customers. I was never greeted or thanked by any McDonald’s employees during my visit.

Still a fun treat. Downside is EVERY time I ask for a change to a burger, something else is changed too, or nothing is. Regularly ordered the Mcdouble, and requested extra onion and no pickle. When I did it would either come with neither of both, or just pickle. This time (and the last) I just requested no pickle. Received the burger with no pickle AND no onions. I’m just going back to not changing it, and removing the pickles myself.

Clean restaurant. After going through the drive-thru and waiting a very long time, our food was extremely cold and the chicken was not cooked in the center. That could be very dangerous. It’s important to make sure chicken is done. They did however replace our food and it was still cold.

Ordered a 2 cheeseburger combo and received the new vegetarian cheeseburgers instead. Bun, ketchup, mustard, and cheese…no meat! I’m not sure you can describe that as a “burger”. Called the store for a refund, but they won’t issue one unless I drive all the way back over there. Customer service? What a joke.

One drive-through worker was just so awful and rude that i’m not sure i will never ever come here again. When we arrived to the drive-though, we were met with a yell to pull forward even though no other cars were around. Whatever, we pulled forward. She then scoffed at the audacity we had to ask for a minute to look at the broken screen that’s always blocked by sun glare, and pressured us to order before we said we were ready (again, no one behind us). She then proceeds to be unbelievably slow in taking the order and missing the most basic details. When we pulled up to pay, she said nothing—just reached out her hand for payment. Everyone else at the second window was so polite and the food was good. Don’t know what the heck was wrong with that woman. Put her in the back, and stop forcing innocent customers to interact with her.

Pleasant people work here. Very professional yet easy going. Everyone working was on top of their game. Food was hot. I ordered the Daily Double and a McDouble. But one receive one for a dollar. Still expensive for McDonald’s, but worth the extra eight bits.

Service is generally quick but today, I used a 20% code and didn’t get 20% off, the guy tried telling me the code was already redeemed which it wasn’t and then i was told I was only getting points, but not the percentage for which I had redeemed. To top it off, the only thing I asked for was two burgers, no pickles, and of course they both have pickles. It’s really not that hard to read or listen, I get it’s fast food but come on.

Order taker was not nice at all. Hard to get into the property. A lot more expensive than any other McDonald’s I’ve ever been to including inside airports.

Food was as expected for McDonald’s…very predictable and comparable to other McDonald’s. Service was OK. They were very busy and when eating indoors expect a little bit of a wait. Their A/C was not functioning so the restaurant was somewhat uncomfortable. This McDonald’s is charging 75 cents for a small cup of water. Who knew?
