I was invited back to Juicy Joe’s for a complimentary dinner after my last visit, and I’m really glad I went. The team treated us with so much warmth and attention.
I ordered the Impossible Burger, and they even smashed it on my request — such a nice gesture! It turned out perfectly juicy and flavorful. My partner tried a pineapple double-patty beef burger for the first time, and he genuinely loved it.
Mr.Sina the owner also surprised us with his special family-recipe strawberry cheesecake — absolutely delicious — and the cookies were fresh, not frozen. The poutine on the side was good as well.
Overall, the service was fabulous: attentive, friendly, and very welcoming. I really appreciated the effort they put into making our experience great this time. Thank you, Juicy Joe’s!

What can I say about this place man! I give them 10/10 on everything. Katerina is an asset to this place. She was so sweet, friendly, and super accommodating. Top top tier customer service from Katerina. Im not from here and I’ll definitely remember this place whenever I’m around! Niki is a bit reserved but she does her job very well!

The staff are friendly and welcoming. I went right when they opened and it wasn’t busy. But it didn’t stay that way for long. They have an order kiosk and a person that can take your order there. Very convenient.
The food was delicious. I ordered the truffle mushroom and swiss burger and my dad had the bacon cheese burger. His looked really good as well, he loved it. The food was fairly quick to come out and they have self serve water.
Really good service and restaurant. Will definitely go back again.

Juicy Joe’s Burger absolutely lives up to its name! The burgers are incredibly juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. On top of that, the service was excellent — friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made sure everything was just right and added to the overall great experience. The best burger I’ve had in my entire life. This was my second time ordering from this place and it instantly became my favourite burger spot. If you love burgers, I honestly don’t know what you’re waiting for.
I got the juicy original cheeseburger and it lived up to the name—super juicy, super tasty, and incredibly filling. It gives you that feeling of having a proper, satisfying meal… one of those moments where you’re enjoying it so much you don’t want it to end. I seriously can’t wait to order again.
I also tried the half truffle parmesan fries. They were good, but a bit too soggy for me.
Highly recommending this place. And if the delivery is already this good, I can’t even imagine how amazing it must be eating it at the restaurant. Great job, guys.

I came here with my friends, and from the very beginning, everything felt warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was friendly, comfortable, and full of good energy, which made our time there even more enjoyable.
The burgers were absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into the food. The service was great as well everyone was kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home.
We ended up staying longer than we planned because the experience was just that enjoyable. It’s one of those places where you feel relaxed, happy, and already excited to come back before you even leave.

I’d rate the burger a solid 8/10, but the overall experience is definitely a close 5 stars.
The place is incredibly clean, no smell, no oily floors, no greasy walls. The tables and the whole environment were spotless. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and you can tell they’re well-trained and genuinely happy to be there.
My only complaint is the limited seating. I understand the space is small, but if there’s a host, they should help arrange seating so customers don’t feel pressured. It felt like we had to compete for a table even though we arrived before others.

Had the original cheeseburger and it was fantastic, juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The half fries portion was very generous and crispy, and they even surprised me with a free and delicious cookie. Great food and really friendly vibes, definitely coming back.

Juicy Joes – another popular Tik Tok burger joint that kept popping up on my FYP so I added it to my list of need to goes and I’ll immediately say – worth the drive, the parking nightmare on west 4th, and any other excuse not to come.
First and foremost, the staff are extremely friendly, gave me a great recommendation to try out their Swiss Mushroom burger (delicious). They were extremely attentive during our meal and on our way out even gave us a cheesecake on the house as we *sort of* got pressured out of the restaurant due to two large parties arriving, which was greatly appreciated even though we didn’t truly feel uncomfortable.
The burger was hot, ingredients tasted fresh and the portions were large and filling. It came with a free cookie which was a nice little surprise. I left fulfilled and happy with my choice!
My one and only complaint is that the prices are a bit high; My burger, with a side poutine and a Coke Zero with tax & tip was over $40 – however this won’t stop me from coming back again if I’m in the area.

I went to Juicy Joe’s with my partner this weekend for my birthday. I was so impressed with everything. The food was great. The service was amazing! I wasn’t going to say anything about it being my birthday because I thought no one would do anything about it. My partner told one of the waitresses and the owner came to my table and gave me a slice of cake and we talked. I was so impressed. I highly recommend this burger spot. I will definitely be going back!
