The staff is terrible. They are not one bit concerned about getting guests seated and served comfortably. They are only worried about who’s got what section. We waited an hour to get seats for a 7 person group. They had 10 tables open that would work but they were already “cleared” on a Saturday night at 7pm so they made us wait until people got up from another section. And then by some miracle, 10 minutes later they are filling up the formerly “cleared” section with new guests. This is not the first time we were treated to this dis-service.

Great grub…did the bottomless apps + an everything bagel pretzel bites with beer cheese. For the apps we had chips & cueso, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. All were very good. Friendly staff, clean and seated quickly.

The quality of food has significantly decreased over the year. I’ve given this location many opportunities inside and ordering. Long wait times to be seated in half empty restaurant. Kitchen takes way too long to come out and the food is mediocre at best. I figured doordashing from there may be better and I was very wrong. Don’t bother doordashing either. Your order will always be missing something and quality of food isn’t worth it anymore. Your best option is to seat yourself at bar on wing night. I hope there is a turn around in that kitchen and have staff that actually care to bring Bdubs experience back.

I came to this restaurant after a function with some friends. We enjoyed the experience, but felt as some of the portions were a little small. But overall, we had an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful with helping us. Find what food we wanted. The food also came out very quickly. Definitely will come back in the future.

Isaac was an excellent waiter at Buffalo Wild Wings! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out right, and he checked in just enough without being overbearing. He had a great attitude and really helped make our visit enjoyable. You can tell he takes pride in his job. We’ll definitely be happy to have Isaac as our server again!

If you value your time, stay away from this location. After calling in my order at 6:00 PM, I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes past my pickup time. Despite being told my food was coming upon arrival, the staff eventually admitted they lost the order entirely. The lack of communication between the receptionist and management was unprofessional, and the manager seemed completely unaware of the lobby’s status. I ended up leaving without my food and will not be returning.

This was probably the worst experience I have had. All the other ones have been bad but this one tops them all. The waitress took our order and got an appetizer but it didn’t come out until our food did 30 minutes later. Not one time did we get refills. Burger was cold, got the wing order for two of us wrong. Sent it back and it was still wrong. Then the manager gave us a discount but charged me for the burger twice. I will not go back. This is awful

We waited about 10 minutes to be seated, when there were nobody in front of us. We waited 20-25 minutes just for the wings to come out cold and the fingers were chewy. I was so disappointed!! Food is to expensive to be served cold and chewy food. $40 for lunch. My husband isn’t a complainer, but hus fries were barely warm. Our lunch date was ruined.

So. I come in. 10 pm. Not busy. 07/15/25. I tell the bartender that I need my wings triple extra crispy. Tell him/her I use to process 150lbs of wings per night, at Ga Tech. And that experience kind of grossed me out such that I need extra extra crispy wings. No chewy chicken skin.
He/her tells me he will put it in as triple extra crispy. I advise to go back to kitchen and tell them that if 7 minutes is normal cook time, then tell them them 14 minutes. I’ll take the burnt wings. They essential refuse to go to kitchen. I advise 3 times to please do so. They refuse.
What happens. Literally 7 minutes he/she comes back with my to go order of wings. I then have to argue with the person to put them back in fryer for another 7 minutes. They say “I can take it off your check if you like”. I’m like “No. cook them 7 more minutes”. They groan and walk off.

I hate to leave a negative review because the service was great and my food was good in general. I am just disappointed that the kitchen would allow this to be put on someone’s table. The manager needs to be aware of this. I ordered celery and carrots as a side and got what looked to be freezer burnt celery that has been sitting for some time. There needs to be some more Quality control.
