Consistently missing food. I cannot ever EVER get food here from door dash because the missing food is always just gone, and im just out the money. I can’t walk from the college to pick up an order after like 9pm because they close the lobby, but they wont let you know when you order on the app. Ive had an issue with almost every single employee I’ve come across here, including one who just firmly held a door in place on me when i tried to come inside (before 9 pm or whatever time they lock up mind you) basically because it was close to closing time. Also, when i do tell them in the drive through about my missing chicken filet they always try to tell me im insane and then the manager has to come along and correct the little miscreant every single time. This has happened 3 times. Just teach them about the TWO kinds of filets you sell please. Have a look at the most recent, pitiful sandwich they destroyed with sauce, failed to add a filet, and pawned off on me.

I have no idea who was making the cheeseburgers today, but all I know is that someone needs to train them better. The cheeseburgers in my meal were was 99% ketchup & 1% everything else, including a very burnt patty. It was gross, and I’m disappointed.

We went through the drive-through and pulled up to the speaker, sat there for 10 minutes without any communication. I am extremely disappointed as it was not busy at all, and the person in front of us got helped right away. Your best bet is to drive to the Burger King across the street.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s to ever exist. Every time I visit this restaurant, I think what will go wrong this time. This place never ceases to amaze me. Every order will either be wrong, or take 45 minutes to an hour, or both. The quality is usually subpar, old, cold… I understand it’s McDonald’s but this is low down even for them. Because of the fact that every order takes nearly an hour, I only place mobile orders in advance and take my time getting there. Although, to my surprise, the order is still not ready. If its even remotely busy, just give up. You are never getting your order. Before you know it, a large crowd will build up at the order pickup counter and at most 1 order comes out every 15 minutes. This place should be condemned. I just got done waiting 50 minutes for a big Mac. This was the last straw. This is not only the worst McDonald’s, but the worst ran establishment in all of human history. This place is beyond saving.

I got a number seven meal which is two cheeseburgers, a fry and a drink. My cheeseburgers had one pickle they were sloppily put together half of the burger wasn’t even on the bun on the second one there was a poor amount of onions. This is absolutely unacceptable for $8.

They were nice but I’m not sure what the point of ordering ahead with the app is if I’m still gonna have to wait for 10 minutes when I get there. Wasn’t even a large order. The fries were acceptable though, not fresh but freshish.

Ordered the hot honey snack wrap with no lettuce, got home and it had lettuce on it. And then had problems trying to get ahold of them over the phone to get a replacement but I live 23 minutes away so won’t be able to get it before my girlfriend has to go to work so gotta wait till after she gets home so this meal is already ruined.

Placed my order via the mobile app. App said someone will be out with yoir order in 2-5 minutes. After 10 mi uses and 2 people showing up after us and receiving their food one of us goes in to see what’s taking so long. The order is just sitting there minus the dasani bottle of water that was ordered. When asked for the water that was missing they a t like they have no idea they sell bottled water. Longer story short we never got the water we paid for, the burger is like rubber and clearly been microwaved and is basically a dry jerky burger on a bun. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.

We stopped in today and the cashier (sidel) was so pleasant he has great customer service, we had to transfer money and he politely waited and said he was going to take the next order. The manager (marla, howeveryou spell it) was so unprofessional and shouldn’t be in management what so ever I have been in customer service for 20+ years as wells as management i will be contacting corporate about her she was so rude not only did she snatch the card out my mans hand she then shut the window and started yelling at the kid mind you he was doing exactly what he should have been and was so kind and polite. We even tried telling her we were held up because of us having to make that transfer, not his fault which is one of the things she yelled at him for…the food was great the service was great EXCEPT from management thats so sad and I feel so sorry for the Employees. I really hope higher management steps in and puts a stop to this as these are young college/school kids as a parent of a teenager if I ever heard someone talk to or treat my child in that manner I wouldn’t contain myself….so mara/Marla whatever ur name is older woman you should be very ashamed of yourself and know i have never seen such unprofessional unpleasant behavior.

Every time I order at the kiosk they forget about my food. It has happened 3 times now and I’ve had to wait 15-20 minutes to just get a workers attention. Ridiculous.
