I hardly ever write reviews but was the worst customer experience I ever had. Yesterday 02/10/26 around 7PM decided to stop by this place for dinner. We were greeted by Terrence the manager, he took our order and was very polite. Our food came out and it was good. They have this drink called a “refresher”, I think its orange juice, pineapple, and something else but it was so good I ordered 2. I tried to order one more before I left but was advised by a young lady that they were out and Terrance hands make them himself. We paid and I tipped the young lady who was checking on us through out the night. Here’s where all hell broke loose. After work today 02/11/26 I thought “I hope Terrance made more of those drinks today’. I got there around 1:30pm and ordered a 2 large refresher drinks, I young lady with glasses took my order. I told her I was there last night and was told it was made by Terrance. At that time I didn’t know his name was Terrance so I said “the dude” made it. Instantly with a very slick, rude and condescending volume and tone, a dark complected young lady with plats/braids with colorful things in her hair said “THAT DUDE”. I said “yea, I don’t know his name, what is it”? with that same attitude said ”Terrance”. I asked the young lady with the glasses whom facial expression and body language felt like she didn’t want me there “Is Terrance here and do you guys sale that big jug of juice”? Very sharply and quick she said “NO”. As I looked in the kitchen I can see the young lady with the plats/braids scooping potato salad out of a Members Mark container (Costco brand) with no gloves on and placing it in a little container and bagging it. She bought that same bag to me due to me ordering potato salad. I got my drinks and food and gave the only girl there a dark complected very slender petite girl a $20 tip for having a great and welcoming attitude. The other girl with the braids/plats attitude was so bad I felt compelled to give a tip to the only one with good customer service. Me and my group of guys are always looking out for nice foods spots due to we are always on the road and the line of work we’re in (I wear a badge). I thought I found a place but the attitude I received was so bad I don’t want to drive down that street anymore. Im well aware nothing will happen with this young lady because nothing is ever done when it come to these things. Im not surprised if the other two girls take her side due to they probably have a relationship with her. All in all, I and my officers will never visit that ever again. Its good I wasn’t in uniform, that way I experienced what the general public experienced.

9/25/25 Go at your own risk, but rest assure you might not want to go on your lunch break. I ordered breakfast on my break it was fried snapper, grits and potatoes. First of all it took 50 minutes yes 50 minutes. Once my food was ready you would think they would apologize for the wait NOPE. They handed me my food and got me out of there immediately before other customers heard my complaints. Then the snapper omg the snapper was old and hard. In 5O minutes they could have caught a fresh fish and cooked it. Just horrible and I’m definitely showing yall a picture of this old fish. I thank god i didn’t get sick. 1 out of 10 I would not recommend

Man this 1st i came here to dine I’m a big foodie big back vibes the oxtail and grits side of cheese eggs and there fried biscuits was like a taste of grandma cooking back home im from North Carolina on a getaway on staying on Ocean Drive in South Beach I needed this meal shoutout to the staff the vibe was dope I’m in the entertainment industry and they had all the jams playing…Rich blessings to the owners and staff I love supporting my people Sharpe Money Entertainment showing love from NC I will be back

My experience at IKrave was top-notch from the moment we walked in until the time we left. Everything was great. I ordered the oxtails, macaroni and cheese, and collard greens, and they were cooked to perfection. The macaroni and cheese was rich and very cheesy, and the collard greens were seasoned just right—absolutely amazing!
The restaurant was very clean, and the customer service was remarkable. When I asked for a glass of water, the waitress kindly brought me a bottle of water, which I truly appreciated. She was very attentive throughout our visit.
One small thing I noticed was that the small oxtail dinner price on the menu listed $20, but the receipt showed $22, so the menu pricing may need to be updated. Aside from that, everything went extremely well.
I will definitely be coming back again. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I ordered food from this restaurant IKrave in Liberty City area, because I saw Yoki Sturrup also known as YokGang went there to order several items of food and it really looked good and the presentation was awesome.
When I got my food, the waffle was not done well and it was soggy. The fried chicken was over fried and dry, my oxtail and the sauce was so dark, the mash potato didn’t look fresh , it looked like it was from a day ago and they just over heated it, the green beans tasted like it came out of a can, no flavor.
So, the reason that Yoki’s food looked great is because the manager and employees knew that they were filming and they needed to make sure that everything was on point, like Yoki usually say.
I will never ever order from IKrave again.

Great food great service! They have a wide selection on their menu including breakfast lunch and dinner that you can order anytime of the day. Their chicken and waffles are one of my favorites as well as the homemade Red Velvet cake! They are very friendly and attentive to their customers.

Today on January 26, 2025, at approximately 1:00pm, I had the pleasure Of returning to Ikrave. Ms. Sheena reached out to me and invited me back and we took her up on her offer. Ms. Sheena, I want you to know that Mr. Terrence took great care of us. The fried bread was fire!!! My oxtails and grits was also fire. My husband had sausage omelette that he loved. I want to personally thank you for your Kindness and professionalism. The atmosphere was beautiful and the food was great hot and on point. This is what I’m talking about and what I’m used to from coming there over the years. As long as those doors stay open, we will be right there with our families. Thank you again so much!!

I really enjoyed the food and service. Me and family was in town after getting off cruise ship and needed place to get food before going to airport and ikrave came in place. The stuff was very nice and friendly. The food was everything. All my kids was able to find something they like as well. When I come back to the miami again I will be back.
