This was truly a great experience. We were a party of 9 and everyone treated us like we were the only customers in the building. The appetizers were great, the soup and salads were on point as well. Our Hibachi Chef was a pro and entertaining. The food was amazing and the experience was even better. 5 stars.

I love a good Habachi restaurant! Stix has been one of my favorite restaurants for years! The staff is friendly and the Chefs are typically entertaining! But going too close to closing time is lackluster. At least the food was good. But the cooking experience was “less than” usual.

I visited Stix Restaurant with my friend and her family. The entire hibachi experience was very enjoyable and the food was so good. I ended up ordering the orange chicken which was plenty, enough for two meals.
The staff were nice and welcoming and I would recommend Stix to anyone looking to have Japanese hibachi.

The service in this place is terrible. I just left and it was only me and my girlfriend and when we arrived it took them 10+ minutes to seat us in the area where the chef comes out to cook in front of you but the chef never came out. We ordered an appetizer and we waited for about 45 minutes before we decided to leave. The chef finally came out when a party of 7 came in but we were already packing up to leave. So apparently if you don’t have at least 6 to 7 people then you probably should find somewhere else to eat.

I ordered chicken lettuce wraps that did not include onion, water chestnuts, or rice noodles that were in the description of the item. I also ordered combo fried rice that had no egg, no onion, and only included 2 shrimp, 3 pieces of dark meat, and chicken that was inedible. I do not recommend this restaurant due to being overpriced and not receiving the food items as described on the menu.

We got to Stix between 1-2pm. We were seating immediately and other patrons arrived shortly after. Our soup and salad was quickly brought out and so did the cook. We all enjoyed the show .

We arrived at lunch; they were open but refused to sit anyone in the Hibachi area. There wasn’t a waitress just people coming in and out of the kitchen working both sides. We weren’t “allowed” to order off the kids menu for 2 of our children who were 10 and under. In addition to the food being poorly done the server couldn’t get the simple drink orders correct. We chucked it up to short staffing and holidays but it got worse. The server charged a party of 2 kids and 1 adult 18% gratuity.
This place used to be a family favorite it’s now on the never list. Owners and management need to do an overhaul. Don’t waste your time or money; there are better places down the road.

The food was great for me and my bay ;). We did get starters which was the eggroll (two) and the bang bang chicken (soooo good my taste buds craved it literally I couldnt stop eating them). He got the hibachi chicken and shrimp and I grabbed the salmon and shrimp ots. We had leftovers and it tasted even better the following day, we will double back. The waiter was respectful, patient, and warm.
