Food tasted fresh and not like it sat there forever like some mcdonalds. The service was fast and it wasnt noisy inside at all. The restaurant was very clean as well amd the workers were polite.

This McDonald’s use to be one of the best McDonald’s in the area! To be honest one of the best McDonald’s that I’ve been in, in NY! The owner took pride in the gardens at the back of the restaurant and the front. The employees were all very helpful and happy. I don’t know what’s happened but all the employees that use to be there are pretty much gone and things have kind of gone downhill. One time when I went in, the counter employee was just rude. I never experienced that before there. I now don’t go as often as I use to.

I was litterally so loud when ordering in the drive through and they didn’t catch anything. The things I ordered were wrong. They forgot to put in the burger for my mom into the order and before I could make the fries into nuggets they stopped responding.

the food was really good finally got to try the new mountain milkshake the cashier asked me if i needed help was friendly i told her i’m just waiting for my mobile order i don’t know what she said to the staff back in the kitchen but i heard someone yell with a snotty attitude you don’t need to be standing there sit down first of all i can stand up and wait patiently for my order second of all if you’re gonna talk shit about me say it to my face that was very rude and unprofessional of that person. never going back there ever again

We had some issues with the lids for hot drinks not opening and I went in after my take out order and asked a nice young lady who was cleaning if we could get new ones. She happily went and got some for me plus extras just in case it happens again. Then I went back in because one of the hot chocolates we ordered was only hot milk with no chocolate. She quickly stopped what she was doing and got me a new one with no attitude and just plain kindness. Her name is Becca and I want to give her a shout-out because if every employee was like this the world would be a better place. Thank you for your hard work Becca!!

This McDonald’s is notorious for being understaffed. As a result the wait can be long. It will even close early, ranging from 9:30 to 10:20 pm. Either way it can be super frustrating when you expect it to be open.

They don’t even give a straw with drinks. As usual with McDonald’s, they’re intentionally understaffed, so despite a sign saying you can get refills at the counter, that’s never going to actually happen

Me and my daughter always order through the drive-thru, but today we decided to wheat in. The girl working had no personality not friendly at all. We finally get our food and our burgers were ice cold. For 40$ food should not be cold. I asked for new ones. Then the girl tells me it’s going to be a while, and I didn’t understand what she said at first. Then she walked past me and mocked me in the middle of the dining room. I asked for the manager Candice is her name and she was unfriendly as well with the personality of a ROCK!@ people this job is not for you. You have no people skills at all. Something is not right here. You should be ashamed to treat customers that way, and as a waitress I will be spreading the word.
