Got a 2 cheeseburger meal with an extra large drink. Apparently its $3.69 for a large drink while other places like McDonald’s charge only $1.50 for a large. Total was about $14 and when i asked about the price the guy in the drive through who looked to be a manager of some sort rolled his eyes at me and sighed. Completely unprofessional especially coming from a manager. I asked a simple question and in return i got attitude. I guess you’re not allowed to ask questions here.

Got a burger at 4:45AM and I could not have gotten any better service from the man in the drive through. I doubt anyone likes working that late, but this man made me feel welcome. It was better service than some of the Chick-fil-a’s I have been to. This was one of the best drive through experiences I have seen, and i am actually temped to go back just because of how great of an experience that was. Whoever is the manager, give that man a promotion! (12/4/25) also, the food was amazing.

If you go to Pugh the drive thru expect a 20-25 minute wait. Even if you are the only one and only ordered a drink and a breakfast sandwich. They don’t even take payment for at least 15-20 minutes. This is not fast food so if you don’t have a lot of extra time to just spare don’t go here. Go to McDonalds on the next block. They are more efficient.

I have eaten here many times. Restaurant is always spotless! The workers are always friendly ! The food is always fresh! There is usually only 2 or 3 other customers there even though the restaurant could probably hold 100 or so people.. You also get a beautiful view of the mountains!

Worst Burger King I have ever went to. If you don’t have a 2-hour lunch window you might as well not even come to this dump. This Burger King goes through staff like people go through underwear somebody knew being trained every other day. The appropriate name for this place is Wait for your Burger King!!!!

The employee Mar is great – he loaded my large delivery order into one large bag (in the past, other locations gave me several small bags for the same order).
A single bag makes deliveries easier! He also loaded my drinks in a tray, no questions asked. Another perk.

20-30 minutes when you go to the drive thru. Severely understaffed and you’re not even acknowledged until 10 minutes at the window. What’s the point of making a mobile order and it being ready for 20 minutes when you don’t even get spoken to. They need a mobile pickup area, it would reduce traffic greatly.
