Got some coffee here today. Excellent service and great staff. Overpriced tho btw but they got me wanting more so it dont matter. Its great dont get me wrong but 5 dollars for a coffee is pushing it. Whatever though its here so ill take what I can gettttttt.

This was a clean, fast Starbucks with a full menu. It was evening, and the food case was nearly cleared out, or they were cleaning it, but when I ordered a food item she hesitated and had to check which indicates it was not well stocked in food. The servers were fast, professional and got the order done correctly, even if they weren’t exactly warm and friendly, (I never got the sense they were entitled or unhappy to be there or were irritated– rather, they were all business– didn’t make much eye contact or say hello, but did their job efficiently, correctly and the place was very clean).
The bathroom was clean and well kept.
There is a pretty mural on the wall that brings a lot of color to the place.

A drive-through coffee place? All the way from Seattle? Where has this been all my life? All joking aside, you know what you are getting here and this location doesn’t drop the ball. What does set them apart though is their customer service. Every time we have had the pleasure of stopping here we have had a memorable interaction. Pleasantries, witty remark, or just good old genuine concern for customers are just a few that come to mind. Keep on, keeping on!

Standard Starbucks and good service. We stopped to get coffee and use the facilities. One of the better Starbucks in regards to accessibility. Two large wheelchair accessible tables and a large bathroom. The toilets did not automatically flush and everything was clean.

There is one specific entrance to pull up an order.I was first in line to order, but there is a second driveway that they allow people to cut in line. Today I was first to order and two people rushed and cut in line in front of me where there is no window to order.They just go straight to the payment window.And order there, how do they allow this?
You will never get my business again.And I do not recommend this place.

THEN STARBUCKS OFFERS THIS OPPORTUNITY TO TALK TO THEIR SUPPORT TEAM ABOUT MY BAD EXPERIENCE AND GUESS WHAT? ALL IT IS IS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT THAT DOES NOT DO ANYTHING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES STARBUCKS HAS.
I even tried to go back to the same location about a week later when they after supposed to be open just after 5am. But HEY, THEY WERE STILL CLOSED AND NOT OPEN AND READY FOR BUSINESS AT THE LISTED TIME FOR OPENING. HOURS ARE 5AM-TILL THEY CLOSE.
I WAS THERE SHORTLY AFTER 5 AND NO ONE WAS THERE TO HELP ME AND THE LIGHTS WERE STILL OFF.
THIS IS THE WORST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. TWICE IN ONE WEEK WITHOUT SERVICE.
YALL OWE ME GAS MONEY FOR EVEN TRYING TO COME UP TO YOUR STORE. UNPROFESSIONAL. THE OWNER DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE ANYTHING. THEY REFERRED ME TO A ROBOT.

I have always loved going to this Starbucks bc the people are so friendly and very helpful. I love the new renovations. I wish I knew the name of the person who took my order tonight because we always have the best conversation and always so friendly. I am always so sad when I have to go to another Starbucks because the eastern shore store is my FAVORITE. They make every drink to perfection and are beyond friendly. I love them so much!!

Today I visited this Starbucks,on my way to Pensacola;Florida. I ordered in the drive-thru, service was horrible, I was treated unprofessionally and disrespectful by employee named Brooke. The Frappuccino was not made properly spoke with Baylee and she seemed not to be concerned as well. Please do not visit this Starbucks.

Ordered online but someone apparently walked off with the wrong order so I had to get them to remake my order which was a hassle all in itself. The lobby was full of people waiting while drive thru was their main focus. Took me 15 mins for what should have already been ready when I got there.

And the bathrooms were pretty gross
