Literally can’t fulfill orders at drive-thru fast enough so they have everyone pull into handicap stalls while they wait.
One of the worst McDonalds in the area
Edit: Waited 20 minutes for the food and they never came out to deliver it. When inside to ask and they came back with food for another car waiting ahead of me in the other handicap stall!
Took forever for them to give me a refund, couldn’t promise me that my food would be made and then several other people came in from the drive-thru complaining about long waits and wrong orders.
I drove to the other side of town to another McDonalds, ordered the same thing in the drive-thru, and got through their entire experience in less than 10 minutes.
I do not recommend this McDonalds for any reason. It’s literally faster to drive to another McDonalds and get food than to order from this one.

Been going here for about 15 years and never once have I got sick. I don’t like to eat at other McDonald’s because I can trust this one. Also, the staff is always nice. Except for night shift sometimes they got a clueless homie working but whatcha going to do. It’s night shift. Night shift and grace yard deserves easily 2x the pay for the sacrifice

The inconsistent hours listed made us waste time and the deals we were going to use (supposedly those will be returned to us).
The driver thru is not open until 1AM as it states on Google. Despite the person inside the McDonald’s. The drive thru was blocked by a cone.

This McDonald’s still has a little of the old vibe remaining in a good way. Still have their soda machine in the lobby unlike other locations. Staff is also available behind the counter and attentive to customers immediately unlike other locations relying entirely on kiosk with an empty lobby.

The drive thru is always so slow. Today they asked me to park in “handicap space #2” to wait for my food because there were so many other cars waiting for food as well. All I got was 2 plain burgers. I’m not risking a ticket for being in a handicap spot. I was also left waiting for TWENTY MINUTES, finally got out and went inside and still had to wait. For TWO BURGERS

Great customer service! They had previously mixed up my order, but quickly fixed the issue and even offered me a promo sandwich as a gesture of goodwill. Really appreciated the prompt and friendly response.

They are right next to a high school and college so they are very busy but this McDonald’s is a vibe! If you’re used to no lines and no one in the restaurant type McDonald’s, go to Lone Pine.
