I ordered a large bacon and Swiss buttery burger combo with a junior chicken sandwich at 8:10pm on 9/21/24 and ended up getting a burger with pickles and cheese. Also, got small regular fries and two tacos. They didn’t give me a receipt because it was so busy. Tried calling, but no one‘s picking up.
Update: Decided to drive back before work and luckily they didn’t throw away my receipt and ended up giving me the right order.

Work in this area and decided to grab lunch. They added the special sauce even though I didn’t want it. I called and the manager was amazing. When I arrived I let her know. They remade the burger. Had me confirm it was correct. It was missing a patty because I had a triple combo. She apologized and fixed the problem. Her customer service is what this situation a lot better.

Longest wait times in the area. 9/10 times youre asked to park and wait typically 15+ minutes for a single munchie meal. They don’t tell you to there’s a wait until after you pay so don’t come here if you have things to do, you will be late.

Only got three stars for service not because of staff me and my wife working late so we went to grab dinner we ordered 2 smash burger combos was told out no smash burgers they were out (what the- ) so we ordered we new clucken chicken sandwichs * very good * with seasoned curley fries and a coke they said they were out of COKE (2nd issue) ordered mozzarella sticks ( love them) no mozzarella sticks either(3rd issue) so went home to eat gave me 1 curley fry and a reg French fry this was disaster meal ( not the food it was good for what they had ) this is the God’s honest truth it happened 10-3-2025 at 10pm you can’t make this stuff up I hope some company person checks this and fixes it, it’s to frustrating to go there I will give a other update

The food is always good for a quick bite. Prices have gone up a tad but so has every fast food place. Its in a nice area and the staff is friendly.

Im new to the croissants. These things are bomb. I add tomatoes to mine; they are explosive. I might be addicted to that and their sourdough jacks. Customer service is coo and picking up an app order is a breeze. Only issue is that I don’t always get a physical receipt with my order. I don’t like that.

Just went for my noble order and ordered a side of nuggets waited in a long line which was fine when ur hungry but not when the nuggets u get are hard like rocks!!! Especially when it’s for your kid. Check your food and fried food before leaving they don’t care about being fresh they know what old good looks like they just don’t care

My favorite thing to order here is the chicken fajita pita. It is always freshly prepared. It is also one of the healthiest things to order from Jack in the Box. Sometimes, I indulge and also order their onion rings. They have been consistently delicious from the first time I had them when I was a child.
