Came for a special occasion with a group of about 20 a couple weeks ago. The backroom we were in felt like an empty shell and was private but oversized for our group. Because we were tucked away, we weren’t receiving timely drink refills and overall attentiveness was lacking. The girl serving us was caught messing around multiple times with coworkers when we needed assistance and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. Additionally, my ribeye came our medium well to well when I order medium rare and the refire that came out was rare plus. The second cut was a better steak, first one was 60% fat. They let me keep the messed up steak and when they brought a new plate it was just the steak. Ive been to multiple streakhouses and worked in one for 4 years to where they bring a whole new plate with the sides when an error is made and a manager becomes involved. At no point did a manager come over to speak with us about anything, not about our experience or even to thank us for chosing their business. It was a very detatched experience and you should be getting your temps right on the steaks of you want to be a steakhouse. Outback and texas roadhouse are a better choice in terms of meat quality and flavor but also in service and experience.

I like this place, it’s like a locals Texas Roadhouse, only the food is better. It is not Fleming’s or Morton’s – seems like some of the reviews, that’s what they were expecting. I thought the prime rib was excellent, my wife said the salmon was delicious. Our server was very attentive, we never waited long for service. We’ll be back for sure.

Went there with our family for dinner. We have been here several times before and always had a great experience. We had a party of 4 adults and 3 kids. We waited for over an hour for our food, when it finally started arriving 1 plate at a time it took 15 minutes before everyone had their meals. Kids Mac and cheese was cold, buttered noodles cold and stuck together, fries on all plates were not warm but cold! Bbq pulled pork was cold and so dry we sent it back. Notified us they were Out of mashed potatoes as they delivered the dishes. This list could go on but I’m too pissed to keep typing! They comped us 1 pulled pork sandwich and a beer, gee thanks! Management never even cared to check in! Extremely disappointed and we definitely will not be back. They’re Definitely struggling with upper management or ownership!

Gave it another chance. Took about 45 mins to get our food and it was not hot. Barley warm. Never again. Bartender did her best not her fault. She was doing all of it. Beer tender, waitress, and serving. She did great.

Found this place and decided to try it. My shrimp were really good! Prime rib was rare as ordered! Loaded baked potatoes had real bacon! Onion rings were amazing! Only recommendation I would do is add bread to steak and shrimp dinners! Overall would highly recommend!

Last night me and my family wanted to try a new restaurant and decided to go to Barnfire. It was fairly empty with only about 6 tables, the bar was full though. We were satted quickly and had Santos as our waiter. It took about 10-20 minutes for him to get our drinks and appetizer. However, we had to wait almost half an hour waiting for our meals to show up. People that came after us had already gotten their food and left. Santos barely checked our table and when we decided to get up to eat elsewhere we informed the lady at the front desk. Santos later came back and said that our food would be finished soon but my family had already left the restaurant. He offered to comp the bill but I paid for what we got (drinks and appetizer) as we wanted our food not a discount. Overall, this experience was very disappointing for my family and I would not recommend it if your wanting a nice dinner with your family along with having good customer service. The manager didn’t even bother showing up to talk to my family.

We had a group of 4 for an early dinner. Atmosphere is very laid back. Think a step up from a diner. Anytime I have to unwrap butter for my baked potato and bread there’s a problem. By the time that is done the steak is cold. You decide.

The food is very yummy and all cooked properly
We did have one filet come out way over cooked but they took care of it quickly
For entres we tried their chicken breast, brisket, sirloin, and filet wrapped in bacon. All very yummy. Only minor complaint was that the filet seemed kind of thin and usually they are 1.5-3 inches thick depending on the place.
We tried their salads, all French fries, broccoli, onion rings for sides. All were delicious
They were very accommodating to my requests as well as I don’t like extra oils or butter added to my food and I don’t like sauces on top of my food only on the side.
