As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I purchased a 3pc fry seasoned tender. I was originally under the impression it was an 8 PC for $5.49 – insane value. It was in practice $5.49 for a 3 pc which – after eating all 3 I understand why. I’ve got one word for you folks, and that one word I’ve got for you is: Delicious. Especially after my personal addition of a 10:1 ratio salt/MSG combo seasoning. If possible, I highly recommend you also add your own 10:1 ratio salt/MSG combo seasoning because it takes these tenders from insane value to insane flavour.
I also purchased an All American Cheeseburger. I know what you’re thinking, “13g protein for $1.79 – unbeatable cheap lean options.” Well, I’ll do ya one better. Add another patty for only $0.89. 26g of protein, for $2.68 and 470 calories? That’s the Best Under $4 if I’ve ever heard of one. The burger tasted extremely bland and dry, and I bet you’re wondering what you might be able to do about that. Well folks, i hate to be a broken record about this, but I really must reiterate the value of adding your own 10:1 ratio salt/MSG combo seasoning because let me tell ya, if I had one word to describe the impact that seasoning had on this burger? Ha, well: Elevated.

This specific place has given my loved one food poisoning twice. Their (5 medium buffalo wings) have consistently had green slimey substances on the drumsticks and their (funnel cake fries) are usually hard and unsatisfactory despite these prices. We’re being scammed of our money and health. Unsanitary and it’s actually getting people sick. Someone has to do something about this. Most of the staff have attitudes.

The so called manager that’s on site now.12/22/25 at 4:00pm!!! His attitude stinks!!! I think he was mad cause I wasn’t mad about my food. I just wanted my food.. It’s not my fault that you 60 something and working at Checkers!!!

30 minutes for a medium fry, 3 tenders and a single burger. Placed a mobile at 6:49, didn’t get my food until 7:20. I came in at 7, someone in front of me ordered. They got their food around 7:10??

I know for me it’s been about 15 years since I ever pulled up to a Checkers/ Rally’s and don’t get me wrong even after 15 years the burgers are still damn good. The fries also.
That being said I feel like I should talk about my experience that would explain why I’ve only given this a three-star.
Now I stopped in after doing some Uber runs in downtown Milwaukee back on Friday. Figured I’d get myself some dinner and dinner for my friends.
As I was ordering my food at the voice box I also had my friends in an open call listening in and giving me what they wanted. My total came out to $42 and some change. As I drove up to the window I handed over my card to complete the transaction, and was given three out of the four drinks that I ordered at first and waited until my food showed up to tell them that I’m missing one drink.
As I told the one person at the drive-thru would seem like a young girl, I tell her that I’m missing one drink that I ordered and they go and tell me that she never run it up. Yet when I place my order I made sure that there were four Burgers four fries and for drinks as meals.
So apparently she decided to close the window in a bit of a huff and I waited for my fourth drink to show up which it did, and I was even willing to go ahead and give them my credit card if they had forgotten to put that on there. Now I’m a reasonable person and I’m being cool about the situation.
After that I went back to my friends gave them all their food and come to find out that some of the burgers didn’t have the extra meat Patty on them cuz I did request all of them be majors and they also forgot my apple pie that I in order too.
However that’s not what I’m upset about. What I’m a little upset about is that I looked at my bank statement and found out I was charged 10 extra dollars for something that I didn’t even order either that or I didn’t receive.
My advice to any and all customers that go to this location to always ask for a receipt and check your receipt and make sure to check your bank statements to see if it also matches and also check your bags to make sure you got all your food.
As for this location I’d like to say that I really hope none of your staff have been going ahead and charging more for some reason or another.
I don’t know when I’ll ever be back down there but I certainly hope some things get a little bit better to make me change my mind and fix the rating.
