I recently stopped by here while traveling during the holidays and had a delicious breakfast. The staff were wonderful and did a great job getting all the orders out. I highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat here.

When I walked in to place my order there were 6 people in there working but they didn’t take my order for 5 mins( there was only 1 family in there eating already) and then when the woman took my order she told the kitchen the wrong thing and they made both mine and my mothers food wrong, her food was a double but she only got 1 portion, and my food was the whole wrong meal but I didn’t say anything because we had already paid but then I open my food and my eggs were completely raw in both the yolk and egg white part. This was inedible and very poor service and quality from this Waffle House.

Waffle House has always been on my list for delicious food…their eggs (over medium) always picture perfect…grits, sausage, toast and coffee. I never leave here hungry, and the wait staff goes out of their way to ensure my food is five star.

Delicious food at 2am. Grits were amazing and buttery. Scrambled eggs were very tender. My partner loved his waffle and hashbrowns. Would be 5 stars but did not appreciate having to listen to the staff’s discussion about how dark someone’s hispanic kids were and their fear of an “immigrant cesspool” (I’m a person of color and from New York State, we don’t discuss hateful political views like that so loudly). If they can watch their conversation topics around customers they can definitely get more tips, but I still tipped over 20% because of the holidays and the food was very good.

Charlotte was rude. My friends went to this location. She was rude because I was laughing before ordering and asked if i was laughing at her. She created a whole scene and situation. I told her I was just laughing with my friends. I don’t know why I was treated with hostility. We were having a good night until she decided to treat me and my friends poorly. She was condescending and rude. I don’t know why. I hope she finds confidence and treats customers better.

My husband and I went to the Waffle House in Georgetown tonight for dinner. It was a slow night, we were the only customers in the place for a bit. There was one server and one cook. We both ordered hash browns in the ring. My husband ordered double hash browns, and I ordered just a regular order. We over heard the cook say that she would have to cook them separately, because she only had one ring. So when we got our meal we noticed that the hash browns were not even close to a full or even a double order. We eat at Waffle House at least once a week, and get the hash browns every time,so we know what a full and a double order should look like. So sadly the Georgetown Location is cheating their customers. Probably not only on Hash Browns. Who knows?

I like it less and less, I have noticed that they do not have the same number of staff as before and perhaps this is due to the poor quality of service. people are nice but they get swamped with so many tasks, and I know it because I see it. 1 single person prepares so many things. The first detail I had a year and a half ago was that they gave me coffee in a dirty cup since it had lipstick on it and that day I didn’t have lipstick on, I just went to try my coffee and I realized it. shortly after this they began to take a long time to serve the food, the time before my last visit the bread of my sandwich was almost burnt, this last time my coffee was cold once they served us the food, they never returned to serve us or asking if we needed anything, one of my children had to go to the counter to ask for more food than we wanted. Too bad this place is going down in quality.

I wasn’t prepared for all the liquid margarine. Full disclosure, I have never been to a Waffle House. We were on a vacation road trip and my kids had this on their list to eat at for dinner. The portions were smaller than what I thought they would be for the prices we paid. The service was good and friendly. Server was helpful giving us details on what’s available and what was in everything. Food was hot and fresh. It’s just the margarine in the food I didn’t like and the portion sizes.
