Drive thru supposedly opens at 6am, but it was 8am and no one was in sight. I sat at the speaker for 3min, then drove to the window & knocked. Someone old person with a hair net & gloves (probably a cook) peeked around and pointed towards the front like someone was there, but no one was. People stop here with intentions to get food before work or for any other reason expecting the food establishment to be open when stated. Now I had to waste another 5-10min trying to find another establishment to drive to & order food. Thanks for making people late to work or making them rush to get to work, cause they wasted their time coming to this burger king. I hope someone from management or corporate sees this!!

so i came here because i was waiting for my daughter to get her nails done and did not want to go all the way home and drive back, i ordered a whopper with cheese, no pickles, no onions, extra mayo and onion rings………………………..i have NEVER in the 5 years of living down here, EVER, been served a burger and onions so nice and HOT!!! I sat right in the parking lot in my car and devoured that food so fast. The last time i had a hot burger and onion rings was up in Buffalo NY and that was back in my 20s.
This is how all food should be served from a fast food restaurant, nice and HOT, no other way is acceptable. Thank you to this location for the care taken into preparing HOT tasty food.

Coming here this morning the girl at the drive thru acted like she did not want to be there. No greet, angry persona, which having this Sirius affects the food and service, therefore, everything was affected

Was here on a order delivery and was never acknowledged. Tried to get anyone’s attention and one person said it would be out in a minute. I haven’t even said the name I was picking up for. Very bad customer service. Maybe they all need some coffee.
I also hear a conversation that the dishwasher was broken and they ran out of soap…sooo do with that information what you want.

Went thru the drive thru told the person that took my order double whopper no onion and no pickle and they rung it up as “plain, only ketchup” obviously working at Burger King you kno what I wanted on my burger was everything on it except for onions and pickles. I tried calling up there but no answer. I RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WHO BUYS FOOD HERE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THE WINDOW BEFORE DRIVING OFF.

Atmosphere. Uhmmm…. the day I went there. One of the girls who worked or might still be there; started to argue with her manager. Just because he asked her to log out the cashier to use it or exchange it, dk. But she went off on him as treating him to call her family to come fight him… I would say the manager handled the situation very professionally. Wiled one of her friends was trying to babysit her… then the Lil girl started to argue with another employee who was trying to explain the situation from another point of view. Yet. She was just not seen the big picture of the whole situation. Anyways.. the food and service was great. And the drama kept the place interesting :).
