OK, hear me out. I don’t do chain restaurants often if I can avoid them, but since moving to this tiny town, there don’t seem to be many options that are any good. Most of them have left me saying, nope I’d rather cook at home. There are a few exceptions in this tiny town for sure, but mostly it’s fast food.
We decided, what the heck, let’s give the old RL a try! I have to say I was surprised. I expected it to be oh so bad, but to be honest, it was decent!
Our server was a kind young fella who had a warm smile and actually acted like he wanted to wait on us. He was attentive and ensured we were satisfied when dishes arrived.
The salad and cheddar biscuits were spot on, like I remembered from so long ago. Nostalgia on a plate! I really do adore those biscuits! And my pasta dish was enjoyable! Even the calamari was crispy and had a nice texture.
All in all – I have to give it 4 stars! I’d go back if I didn’t want to drive somewhere else and wanted seafood.

The food was excellent as only RL can do. We had an wonderful server named Cindy. She made good recommendations based on my GF status and was very knowledgeable. Our glasses were never empty and she was attentive without being intrusive. We will definitely return.

I should of know not to eat dinner here with my family when the parking lot was empty but my grandmother had been asking for it and she doesn’t get out much and i wanted to take my family to dinner. long story short we won’t be back to this location. i don’t know how they haven’t shit down with all the bad reviews including mine now. we walked in to the doors at 8:45pm saturday night 12/27/25 and no hostess was at the door like there should be. we waited 10 minutes before we could be seated and then we get sat in the corner in the back side room cause i had my 10 month old with me i guess he would of been a distraction to others is why we were sat in a back room. we had to wait for our sever to get our drinks. he wasn’t too friendly i guess he might be new cause he didn’t really know what he was doing acted like he was lost or confused the whole time. ordered 3 sweet teas and water and kid apple juice the juice had a bad taste to it. so we couldn’t give it to my baby. i asked for a another fresh cup of apple juice and never was brought to me. guess he forgot. finally we ordered our meals and my grandmother and grandpa ordered the fish and chips, my husband ordered the 1pound of snow crab and mac cheese and i ordered the lobster tail and sirloin with asparagus and mashed potatoes and as soon as the food came out mind you it took FOREVER for it to come out i thought they forgot about us. so when my new came out i was missing my mashed potatoes and the server said yeah my cooks threw it away what would you like instead i said mac cheese would be fine and the server said that has been also thrown away all you can pick from is a baked potato and i said okay. he brought it out to my table and it was a baked potato that had been sitting out it was dry and hard the cheese and butter they had put on it wasn’t even melting. so that told me it wasn’t fresh. i cut into my steak it was cold. the lobster tail wasn’t cooked it was raw and very gooey and slimy i had to spit it out and when i finally got my server back to the table to check on us after the meals came out he said sorry i was in the bathroom. he didn’t believe me and i said let me talk to a manager we never once seen a manager. im so upset about this cause i didn’t get to enjoy my meal and neither did the whole rest of the family fish and chips and fries were cold. my husbands snow crabs weren’t hot it was all terribly my dogs wouldn’t eat it. my baby was playing with a drink menu the server kept taking it from him saying i need this you don’t need this your not old enough to drink. we just didn’t felt that we were needing to be there if your cooks were throwing everything away at 9:00pm with guests still in the lobby then we should of been told that they were closing down early and we would of saved our money. $117.00 wasted it may not sound like much money to most but that was money taken from us and we could went to mcdonald’s and had better service. if i was the manager on duty i would be embarrassed

I wish we could have left our tip directly to the kitchen, who undoubtedly jumped through hoops to get food to our table every time our waitress failed to bring things. All the food was very good once we got it.

My favorite place to eat! The Ultimate Feast (which I always get) was delicious! Our server Marko was awesome; very attentive to our needs. Other than the LOUD couple in the booth beside us (who I now know more about their life than I ever would want to know) it was great!

I did something I have never done before and just left the restaurant…….we received our drinks and they were both disgusting in their own way. I ordered tea and after drinking a bit of it doscovered my glasS was VERY dIrty.I could scrape the inside of it and stuff come off. My husband ordered Pepsi Zero, he got that and a shot of something A LOT stronger. Either the glass wasn’t clean or the drink was mixed…….like what if he was a recovering alcoholic????? This is seriously worst think I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. I’m gonna leave this review, and intend to call the manager, district manager and corporate ASAP!

Red lobster it is what it is it’s the only one of our kind in the city. The staff is always very good. I just wish their salads didn’t stink so bad. I don’t want lettuce in a bowl I want lettuce and some more stuff in a bowl and what is the deal with cheese they have a thing with cheese cheese is hard to come by. We were party of four and one of the guests in our party had an issue with her bill. It seems require the attention of a manager. I never did quite end the way she wanted it to but none the less ended better
