Bartender Jill did a Marvelous job absolutely Marvelous. As a BWW employee of 10 years, Jill is a great asset to your Restaurant. I highly recommend her. Food and drinks came out perfect. I find myself here at BWW every once in a while so I’ll definitely be back again at some point.

Not someone who runs around leaving negative reviews unless they’re really deserved—and in this case, Danvers Buffalo Wild Wings is a no-brainer.

Because there aren’t many late-night options, I went back after a terrible visit the week before (waited over an hour for a to-go order along with multiple other people waiting, zero offer from staff/management to make it right; see lobby photo with no hostess). I even emailed BWW corporate and got no response.

Fast forward a week: I place an order at 11:17 PM. The app says they’re open till 12 AM and lets me proceed with my order with no warning that the kitchen might be closed or closing. Then the confirmation says pickup is 11:00 AM the next day—obviously not what I wanted (see order confirmation). I call immediately to cancel. Person on the phone asks for my card details (expiration and CVV), says they’ll tell the manager and it’ll be canceled.

Next day—nothing. I call again, retell the story, get asked the same card info, told the same “manager will handle it.” Two more days—still no refund. I call a third time, same script: tell the story, give the expiration/CVV/last four, “we’ll give it to the manager.” Each time I’m also told the kitchen closes at 11:30 PM, which raises eyebrows – not fulfilling a paid for order 13 minutes before kitchen closes and 43 minutes before the restaurant closes if the app took it?

Two bad experiences back-to-back, no accountability, no follow-through. Hard pass. Will be going through credit card to get refund.

I ordered wings from Buffalo Wild Wings and was very disappointed. The wings came with almost no sauce, extremely dry. The sides were minimal — only 3 carrot sticks and 2 pieces of celery, and no blue cheese was included, which should come with the order. For the price, this was a very poor experience.

I believe In second, third, and even fourth chances sue me . I also work nearby and whenever I am not able to bring a lunch from home I order something. Every time I order from here I get a burger. Usually with modifications. I add guacamole or bacon, substituting the fries for the wedges, stuff like that. Every single time without fail they manage to get my order wrong. The bacon you pay extra for? Not in the sandwich. The cheese? Missing. The guacamole? Gone. The only thing that actually comes done right is the wedge fries. Not to mention if you want to order a side. Their cheese curds are actually pretty nice when done right. But when you pay for a large order and all they do is put a small orders worth of food in a large container and still charge you as if it was a large side you tend to think twice before ordering. I tried to order once again today. The girl at the host spot was so freakin sweet and I felt so bad coming to her with a complain but from the look on her face it was pretty obvious that she’s been encountering several customers with complaints about their orders. Not only that but Ive heard a lot of people have stomach problems after eating their food. I thought it was just me because I don’t usually eat out! But now it all makes sense. After today I’m not sure I’ll give them another chance. I’ve just never had a good experience with their food. When I asked for my order to be redone today they kinda just threw it in the box I feel so bad. I hope they can work things out tho.

I’ve never left a review like this before, for anyplace.

We just left this place after sitting hungry for an hour. It took 20 minutes for the hostess to notice us, place us at one of a dozen and a half empty tables, and to get water. Then nearly 45 minutes before we got frustrated and left without ordering because our server just left us there.
The place was not overly busy, or understaffed. There was no big game, event, or crowd. There was no reason for this experience.

It was our first and last time trying a Buffalo Wild Wings location.

Got seated. Waited 23 minutes. No one came over. Place had only a few patrons in it. One waitress chatting it up with an older gentleman the entire time. Had to get her attention and was told “my server” was in the bathroom with a family emergency. Other couple were waiting longer than us with no one to wait on them. Left without being able to dine for my son’s birthday.

This review is in no way a reflection on the staff.

The 1 star review is in accordance to the poor staffing job. Every time I come here it’s a 20-30 min wait for food, with nobody at the front to check consistently if orders are done, and as somebody who delivers on Uber, I’m not being paid by the hour. I’ve never experienced this slow service, and I’ve delivered in Cambridge, Boston, south and north shore. Poor execution, over working the kitchen, under staffing, who knows. One things for certain, this isn’t being ran the way it should be, considering I visit 100+ restaurants a week, – some chains much much busier than BWW – and none take even remotely this long to provide food that’s not even gourmet. Do better.

As a final caveat, you could expect this wait if it was a big order. It was a chicken sandwich, a cheeseburger, and 3 chicken tenders this time. Next time, it will probably be a 40 minute wait for a salad.

This Place is such a mess every time I come
In !!! I come here a lot only because my kids love it! If it was me I would have boycotted it. It’s always a mess here, never a hostess , no manager food takes forever to come out and it always cold and old. The server we always get is Jess ! She is honestly a breath of fresh air in here! Coming from a server and bartender myself I always tell her you need to leave this place. She sat us, served us, cleaned all her tables and even sweeping the floor while every other worker stood towards back of room talking. There is no bar backs here , no hostess and no manager ever here. I don’t know how they stayed open . I will continue to come and ask for Jess she’s amazing you guys are lucky to have her!

I don’t usually give reviews but was compelled tonight. Had many bad experiences with the Buffalo Wild Wings in Danvers. Was yelled at my an employee, food never ready, etc. But tonight, not only was my food 25 minutes later than the pickup time, it was disgusting. The wings were rock hard and seemed old. You could have broken a tooth eating these. They were old and most likely reheated. Could not consume them. The fries were old as well and cold. There were 4 patrons in the entire restaurant and still no server at the desk to help, but there were 2 workers sitting at a table just hanging out. They even looked at me and another person waiting and carried on with the conversation. This place is a joke and clearly everyone sees that now as there are never any people actually dining there. The board of health should be called because you know that kitchen is disgusting too.
