Night crew around 6pm on 3/6/26. I waited in the drive-thru to place my order, but the employee never acknowledged that my order hadn’t been completed. I stayed in line thinking everything was fine, only to reach the window and be told the item I ordered wasn’t available. After working a 12-hour day, that was really frustrating.
What’s more disappointing is that this is the third time in the past two weeks that this Beef-A-Roo location has messed up my dinner order. I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, but the consistency just hasn’t been there.

Let me start by saying,I love Beef a roo. But at this particular visit my beef sandwich was poorly assembled and Luke warm. Service was great and friendly. This location is looking a little unkept.

I had the avocado turkey wrap twice! It is delicious. Also tried the jalapeno burger and it was okay. First time the burger was cold so I called and I got one on them. Turned out better. I’ll be eating here often as I think their prices are pretty reasonable.

We ordered 1 big beef and 1 double cheeseburger with 2 cheese fries and shakes. The burger was still pink, the lettuce was wilted and the bun was greasy. The fries were cold and over salted. The only thing that was good was the shake. It was not worth $40. We are not going to return.

No bathrooms?! Pretty sure that is a health code violation. Asked for help with the new ordering screen by asking if it took tap. The response was “it should.” Well, it doesn’t. No offer to just take my order so I could tap. Had to go to the car to get my physical card, I’m VERY pregnant btw. My friend asked for help using the order screen and he said, “I don’t really know how it works.” Um, ok. Again, no offer to take her order. After we sit down to eat, all of a sudden they are taking orders for the people that came in after us?? So why were we forced to use the semi-functional order screen? Also, took way too long to grab a piece of cake. Also, the lemons at the drink station were completely dried up a disgusting.Do better.

Don’t even bother trying to go here at lunch time. You will waste your entire lunch waiting in the drive thru line for their basic menu items that should be available super easily. So now I’ll be going back to work hungry.

It’s a great place with wonderful food we have all enjoyed for decades. Why 4 stars? Well, the salt was a thing of legend. However, they have now changed it to be much less than it was before. Not sure if that was a cost savings or sometone fixing something that wasn’t broken. So, 4 stars because they had 5 and decided to forfeit one. We used to buy the salt for home, since we don’t live near a location. Now we wouldn’t take it if it was free.

Here on my lunch hour and the drive thru is at a standstill. Waited 5 minutes just to get my order taken and in the line for 15 minutes now, with two cars still a head of us waiting to get food. I will now officially going to be late getting back to work. Never again.

The cheese fries use to be my absolute favorite but since they changed them theyre pretty average and hardly get a whole squirt of cheese. Food is WAY over priced considering they don’t do meals so you’re already paying more buy each item separately. 11$ for 5 room temp chicken strips is crazy. Quality has gone downhill and prices have been jacked up.
