We had an amazing breakfast, everything was fresh and delicious. Coffee is great, whatever beans they use, keep them, really tasty coffee. All the girls working there are amazing! Thank you for a wonderful start of the day

The service here was very good and our server, Kelly, was so nice and very helpful. The pancakes were very good and very big ( to keep in mind). The hot chocolate was very delicious and the Bloody Mary was also very good. This is definitely a place I would come back to!

Nice place and staff very friendly. But, the food was mediocre at best. My country fried steak came with “gravy” that I could hang wallpaper with. I scraped it off the soggy breading and piled it up higher than my crumpled napkin. The small piece of meat was decent and the soft, not crispy coating had good seasoning. The home fries were overcooked and mushy. The over-easy eggs were great. A bloody mary was really good. Oh, I got a whole $1 credit for the country paste. Pretty sad meal for $20. The wifes tuna melt was similarly dissapointing. It was a wasted $40+. Keep driving. All of the folks raving about this place have very low standards.

Echo Lake Cafe is a cool spot with a charming ambiance, offering plenty of indoor and patio seating. The property is beautifully surrounded by vibrant flowers and lush green grass, making it a visually appealing place to dine. It’s quite popular, so we ended up waiting around 30 minutes for a table. Once seated on the patio at a large table, we found the food to be quite good, though not gourmet by any means. The menu is a bit on the pricey side, and the wait for our food was pretty long—nearly an hour. Despite the delays, it’s a great place for breakfast or lunch if you’re not in a rush.

Fantastic place! What a great all-day breakfast and all day lunch option. I think there’s about 50 different choices so good luck with that. The stuff was great. Food took a little bit longer. I must admit but it was worth the wait

Cute little café off the side of the road. They are only open until 2:30 pm – serving breakfast & lunch. I got the Huevos Rancheros. Big portion but very spicy and I didn’t even use the salsa on the side. Avocado was perfect but corn tortilla was very soggy. Eggs were supposed to be over easy but were closer to over hard. My husband liked his burger but the fries were generic and severely underseasoned. Pickles tasted homemade. Outdoor seating was nice with lots of shade and our server was very friendly. Would come back for the ambience but not so much the food.

Had a good breakfast. The chicken fried steak was fried to perfection. I really liked the flavor of the gravy on top. I would maybe have cooked the potatoes a few more minutes but they tasted great.

I have heard things about the Echo Lake Cafe for most of my life..and finally had time to sit down and have breakfast. I was excited…but the food was kind of a let down. I got the chicken fried steak with scrambled eggs, house potatoes and wheat toast. The potatoes were good but cold and the toast was super tough.. The chicken fried steak and gravy was just okay. Nothing to write home about. Although the comfort i felt when I walked in there and the service was all worth it and I will go back.

This was our first time here, and they deserve every great review I’ve heard! We came early. The service was prompt, attentive without being obtrusive. The food was amazing with excellent flavor. I highly recommend the crepes and the special. Blueberry coffee cake to go.
