Nice spot for a quick lunch! They have grilled and cold sandwiches, soups, salads, and a good variety of bakery items, including different kinds of brownies. I had a chicken sandwich—it was really good, the chicken was tender and the bun was soft. Overall, a solid place to grab something tasty and quick.

Prices are high for the portions. The tablespoon on chicken almond salad didn’t give me enough to taste it. The Greek salad was delicious! The prices of breads and muffins (to go) are very reasonable which makes up for the cafe. Quality of food is worth the visit.

A Must-Stop Gem for Fresh, Local Flavor!

We ordered the Honey Pecan Chicken Salad and the Woo Pig Sooie! sandwich. To get the best of both worlds, we did a little sandwich swap—each of us taking half of both meals. It was a “Franken-sandwich” masterpiece, and every bite was delicious!

The ambiance of the restaurant added to the experience. We loved the charm and character of the building, especially the antique doors that gave the space so much personality. Before hitting the road again, we grabbed a banana-nut muffin to share for dessert—and wow, it was deeeliccious!!!

If we had one small suggestion, it would be to improve the signage for new visitors. It wasn’t very busy when we arrived, and we were a little confused about where to go to place our order. We stood awkwardly for a few minutes and ended up at the wrong counter before a kind staff member directed us to the right place. A simple “Order Here” and “Pay Here” sign would be super helpful for first-timers.

Whenever we travel, we make it a point to support locally owned, mom-and-pop restaurants that prioritize whole, fresh ingredients, and Neighbor’s Mill delivered. We were on vacation with a layover in Arkansas, and this was our very first meal out on our ten-day trip. It ended up being one of our absolute favorites!

All in all, it was a wonderful first meal that set the bar high for the rest of our trip. We’ll definitely seek out Neighbor’s Mill again the next time we’re passing through Harrison or Springfield!

Small town vibes, friendly people. The guy who took the picture just wanted to read my shirt. Breakfast was good. French toast, eggs and breakfast casserole. It is a bakery so we got a lot more stuff to go. Our eyes overloaded our stomach and it was all delicious

We enjoyed a Saturday mid-morning breakfast here. The establishment was well filled but not overly crowded. Orders were taken at the counter our coffee was delivered to our table within minutes.
My husband ordered the special (sausage gravy and biscuits) and I had the Bacon Pesto Chicken Sandwich. Unfortunately the kitchen ran out of the special so he ordered the Chipotle Sausage sandwich instead for no additional charge.
The food arrived quickly and was delicious.
Highly recommend trying a cinnamon roll to share. The coffee was perfect.

Will definitely revisit this place if we return to the area!

We went for lunch on a Saturday. They were busy, but we ordered our food and were eating in less than 10 minutes. I got the soup & half turkey sandwich. My wife got the caprise sandwich. Both were very good. After the meal we got a loaf of pumpkin bread and a fudge brownie cookie. The star was the cookie. It was actually a cookie….that had the taste and texture of a gooey brownie. Heavenly! We will definitely make this one of our regular stops when we come to Harrison. The meal before the desserts, was $20. Pretty good deal for two. Btw, all the breads are made in house.

The best food in the area, hands down. We used to stop here on trips to Branson. Now, we live here and enjoy it weekly. Everything is fresh and delicious. Their baked goods are second to none. This is real food and it’s real good. All the sandwiches are great as are their soups. It’s a great lunch date place to take your wife.

Ultimate breakfast stop in Harrison, AR!

This bakery has it all…. Smoothies, coffee, muffins, stickybuns, cinnamon rolls, breakfast sandwiches, omelettes.

Chipotle breakfast sandwich was really good! My son said the best he has had!
My girls loved the stickybuns and cinnamon rolls! We liked them so much we are taking a large to go order to the air bnb for tomorrows breakfast!

If you are in the area this local gem is a must try! I hear they have a great lunch also. Maybe next time we can try that.

Cant wait to stop by again on our next trip up to jasper!

We love the cinnamon rolls here and stop by every time we are in Harrison. We tried lunch there and the garden veggie sandwich is fantastic. Great combinations of flavor with rosemary foccacia bread. The tuna salad was good but could be better. It was just a regular tuna salad. Still give it an overall 5 stars.
